Everyone has been professional and transparent throughout the process. I'll agree with the slogan, no surprise guys and add that I was not pressured on any decisions unlike other companies.
The sewer drain pipe system from the house to the street was broken and plugged up. It was backing up to the toilet. Also the whole system needed cleaning. Bell Brothers sent someone out quickly, they figured out what was wrong and they fixed the next day.
Very professional. Very respectful of client property.
