We hadn’t had hot water for over a week - long story- but I called Bell Brothers Wed morning and Wed morning Nate showed up. I think I love Nate and I told him so. In five minutes or less Nate had the hot water restored and he was an absolute delight to interact with. Very efficient. Very friendly. Very thorough. Thank you NATE!

Plumbing Maintenance & Inspection
Again Bell Brothers are my Heroes..
Excellent ! Suggest to them that they summarize the situation at the near completion of work to be sure the homeowner understands How to best use any newly installed equipment or any changes. Very helpful and careful, and knowledgeable crew and lead persons. Will look for other repair/ replace services supplied by Bell based on this experience.
Very professional
This Company came highly recommended to me, and while, granted, I've only had a diagnostic performed so far, with another appointment scheduled this evening to go over my repair/replace options, I am already impressed by their level of service. ***edit*** I have since hired this Company for my new furnace and new…
I consistently have had a great experience every time I've worked with Bell Brothers. From installing a full new HVAC system and water heater three years ago (where they helped me score the best rebates) to easy routine maintenance to always friendly technicians (Jared was the latest and he was rad!), I'm grateful…
Had a water heater issue... had to order part from manufacturer. Will have to come back to fixture the issue
Johnny was on time, extremely professional, and serviced my water heater. He showed me the color of the water prior to draining and the color after draining. He also educated me on the expansion valve/unit. I have been in my home for many years but Johnny was the first to show me where to turn the water off…
Excellent service visit from Jordan and John. Preventative maintenance care. Everything is explained professionally and in details. They are very polite and efficient. All checkpoints are taken care with reasonable time. Prior to visit: there was a phone call to estimate arrival time with picture of the technician.…
Austin and Jayden (?) Arrived as scheduled, were very professional and courteous, and my cat. Patti, liked them both. Before and after the service they briefed me on what they were going to do and what they had done. 👍👍
Sergey was knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. We will use this company with any future plumbing issues.
Very professional
Ridiculous to up charge a $20 part to $700. Didn’t apply the service charge to our total bill and used a $100 off coupon we had to cover the service charge instead. Wasn’t an itemized bill. Took 15-20 min maybe to install the $20 part and slapped us with a $700. Called and spoke to management after and was basically…
Bell brothers is always great and professional. Terrell was a very nice and knowledgeable. He called about 15 minutes before he arrived. This time was Nicholas and he was great too.
Easy experience. My technician, Quinten, kept me informed at every step and helped me understand my water heater repair, which I greatly appreciate. I have zero complaints and will use the service again.
Years ago, we were a Bell Brothers Member. They helped us fix a problem with our HVAC. At the time, they were very professional and fixed our AC. With that said, our tankless hot water heater started to leak, so naturally we called Bell Brothers. There Technician Manuel came out, looked at the problem, came up with…
Ryan and Jordan were great at assessing what needs to get done. The work starts next week so we'll see how we'll that goes.
Bell bros consistently provides excellent, friendly service. I’ve used them for years.
There was a next day response to a heat pump water heater problem. The same technician with knowledge of the problem returned the day after a new part was received from MA and repaired the water heater very quickly.
Great service..wonderful customer service, with friendly knowledgeable crew.
Michael was courteous, efficient and prompt. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water heater pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I need a new water heater. Bell Brothers will be replacing soon.

Very up front with us on the issue with our water heater and the options for repair. Eddie was great, personable, and helpful. He let us know it was under warranty with the manufacturer and made the process easy for me to know the next steps for me to reach out and get the process started.
Once warranty part came in called Bell bros and had an appointment same day to install part. Technician came within slotted time frame and performed work needed. Explained issue with bad part and and cleaned up after work was done. Thank you
John was thorough, timely, and professional. We discussed areas of concern and items that should be replaced. Thanks, John.
Your tech, Logan, was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very personable. He reviewed with me all of his findings in a logical and easy to comprehend manner. Logan represents your company very well and is true asset for Bell Brothers.
Amazing worker, he needs a raise for work ethics, people skills, and great at explaining what’s going to be done.
The Bell Bros associates Jordan and Mahir arrived on time. They were both clean, courteous, and professional. They answered my questions (including a couple very naive ones) patiently, and explained everything clearly. They were neat, and considerate of our home. I look forward to the next time I can call Bell Bros.!
Vincent arrived on time, listened to my concerns, worked efficiently and made appropriate suggestions. Highly recommended
Tech very friendly and professional. He was unable to diagnose issue, but seemed very able to sell some sort of whole home maintenance plan for around $300. Wasn’t interested because why by product from someone who can’t fix/diagnose the existing issue. Also wanted to sell me a replacement tankless water heater…
