Serge carefully explained every detail of the work he recommended beyond what I'd ordered. When he found something else that needed to be corrected, he did that for no additional charge, even though it took quite a while. Helpful and a great work ethic.

James is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We hadn’t had hot water for over a week - long story- but I called Bell Brothers Wed morning and Wed morning Nate showed up. I think I love Nate and I told him so. In five minutes or less Nate had the hot water restored and he was an absolute delight to interact with. Very efficient. Very friendly. Very thorough. Thank you NATE!

Excellent ! Suggest to them that they summarize the situation at the near completion of work to be sure the homeowner understands How to best use any newly installed equipment or any changes. Very helpful and careful, and knowledgeable crew and lead persons. Will look for other repair/ replace services supplied by Bell based on this experience.

Bell bros consistently provides excellent, friendly service. I’ve used them for years.

There was a next day response to a heat pump water heater problem. The same technician with knowledge of the problem returned the day after a new part was received from MA and repaired the water heater very quickly.

Great service..wonderful customer service, with friendly knowledgeable crew.

Michael was courteous, efficient and prompt. He was able to diagnose the issue with my water heater pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I need a new water heater. Bell Brothers will be replacing soon.

Very up front with us on the issue with our water heater and the options for repair. Eddie was great, personable, and helpful. He let us know it was under warranty with the manufacturer and made the process easy for me to know the next steps for me to reach out and get the process started.

Once warranty part came in called Bell bros and had an appointment same day to install part. Technician came within slotted time frame and performed work needed. Explained issue with bad part and and cleaned up after work was done. Thank you

Prompt scheduling and arrival. Technician gave an INTENSELY STRONG sales pitch for services we did not need or want. Cost to simply relight the pilot light on our water heater was rather high.

Keith the technician was great. Very knowledgeable, professional, informative, friendly. Unfortunately, today it is not easy to find a technician that really loves what they do for a living - Keith loves his profession and is excellent at what he does.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and the office staff keeps you in the loop as to arrival time etc. I'm especially impressed with the willingness to explain things to me and my favorite technicians are Keith Lettier and Brian.

The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and friendly. Carlos did a good deed for me without any hesitation.
