I went to Bella after a bad experience at another Salon. So I was kind of skeptical going in. Wow, I was impressed with Susan B who actually listened to me. It had been such a long time since I was bowled over by a stylist this was such a wonderful surprise. Hat tip to Susan and Bella Hair Studio!

Michelle was fabulous! I was not happy with my previous stylist in another salon. Michelle gave me a wonderful shampoo, color and blowout. She is personable and knows her stuff. I found my hair person. Yay!

65 you're old female that had lost touch with beauty until meeting michelle. My now wonderful hairdresser, who talked me into highlights. Today, after looking mousey, because we had a consultation about me needing wedding hair because I'll be married for the first time, and she came up with the ultimate guide, which turned into an absolute beachy theme from florida, which I completely love. She is a five star hairdresser, and she knows a lot about life. So we talked and everything is beautiful

Christina was fantastic. Her effort and enthusiasm to do such a great job on my hair was so refreshing in this day and age. I recieved excellent customer service from all. I'm so pleased how my hair came out for the color. The woman in charge went over and above. Very customer-oriented place. This place is better than the rest and refreshing for a new-comer snowbird.

I've spent at least 3 hours crying about my hair since I left the salon. Diana was very nice but I wouldn't recommend her, she didn't really listen to what I asked for and cut my hair in an extremely inconvenient way for me. The main thing I wanted was to keep my prominent side part and the entire time she kept brushing me off, telling me she would fix it towards the end. By the end she's styling it all messy and not at all parted to the side, telling me I don't need it and to just let it fall messy...that's the one thing I wanted. I tried to be nice but I was in tears when I got back to my car, I feel hideous and can't even look at it anymore. I can't even pull it up into a ponytail anymore which is so important for my job and again something I mentioned I wanted but she ignored. All in all I'm just extremely upset about the situation and even more upset that she made me feel so ugly and unheard. I can't recommend Diana but the salon staff were very friendly and it seemed like a nice enough space.

After a few minutes I was greeted by my stylist, Lisa, who was so kind and patient with me. I'm very happy with my cut and my hair feels so healthy. I will definitely continue to come here for my hair needs.
