Good morning! This is Billy Doherty calling about our recent service call- The Tech was on time, courteous and professional. He solved our problem. Thanks
Beware!! They will rip you off!!! Our a/c was not cooling. The freon line was freezing up. Bellaire said it needed 2 lbs. of freon and also needed a cleaning of the inside condenser. It took them less than two hours. The technician said it was now cooling fine, but due to the heat, it might still be a bit warm.…
These guys don't know anything about air conditioning; the solution is always just the filters. I've called them more than three times, and it always turns out to be something else—anything but what they actually "fixed." I still have the problem. If you try to get some warranty it’s always the same answer, “you…
Andres is the man! My A/C went out and he showed up at my house quickly to evaluate the issue. He repaired my unit within hours and even tuned up my other unit!
Charles the technician with Bellaire Air Conditioning came out to do a annual AC check and was very professional and took the time to explain the system and any potential issues that I might have down the road. Charles was a five star technician and I will definitely use Bellaire AC for my future AC and Heater needs. Great job.
Had the pleasure of working with Jennipher and Ashton to extend the life and efficiency of our outdoor condenser. The quality of work and overall experience is always excellent. I appreciate your consistent commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you!
Peter and Kaleb came out for a routine AC checkup and were great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and very informative about everything they were inspecting. I really appreciated them walking me through the status of the system and explaining things clearly. Great experience overall!
Andrew and the team did an amazing job on my new hvac system installation. They reviewed every detail with me and made me comfortable even as a newer homeowner making their first large purchase. The whole team at Bellaire AC has been so great since I first moved in and called them to get on their maintenance plan 4 years ago.
Ashton the service technician was awesome. He was incredibly thorough and inspected all our HVAC equipment. Thoroughly cleaned out 2 AC units and identified a few potential problem areas. He also called in Charlie to consult on an overheating issue and it was resolved quickly without having to buy a new unit. I…
Andres is a great technician. Strong work ethic and charismatic. Even helped me with an issue I had going on with my hvac over the phone and was able to help me have it up and running.

Andres was great, very thorough & professional.
Charles provided service like there used to be years ago. He had several calls earlier in the day, but came to see why my AC wasn’t running around 6:00. He discovered it was a blocked drain line and cleared it so my AC was back on. In this extreme heat, I was very appreciative of his dedication to his job! Other…

Bellaire Air is always there when you need them! Growing up in SW Houston, I remember my parents using Bellaire Air. Now being a SW Houston homeowner myself, I call on Bellaire Air. They are always responsive and dependable. Andrew & Jon do a great job! They are very knowledgeable and always courteous and informative.
My HVAC tech in Conroe could no longer justify making the journey out to my area for general maintenance on my unit. I contacted Bellaire Air after noticing their van with a unique, vintage marketing logo as I was leaving the bank one day. HVAC technician, Keenan, came out and did a fantastic job cleaning my HVAC…
Charles (Charlie) was amazing to work with and highly dependable and trustworthy. I am in good hands with these guys, they absolutely did not take advantage of me or drive up prices on me either. Thank you! Never using anyone else! Kelli

We received excellent service and communication on every visit. Our technician, Charles, walked us through the entire job. He was informative,…
Charles and Bellaire Heating & Air are top notch. I have two AC zones. Last spring they installed an entirely new system downstairs. The work was outstanding. Last night, the 20 y.o. upstairs furnace gave up the ghost. Charles was here right away. He had a crew install a new furnace immediately. Again, outstanding…
