Andres was great. My issue was fixed efficiently and he even went above and beyond to fix another issue I had while he was there. I have used Bellaire AC for many years and they have maintained great service and kept my AC in excellent condition. Highly recommended.
These guys don't know anything about air conditioning; the solution is always just the filters. I've called them more than three times, and it always turns out to be something else—anything but what they actually "fixed." I still have the problem. If you try to get some warranty it’s always the same answer, “you…

Exceptional Service by responsive team. Without a doubt will use them always and recommend this family owned business who treats their employees like “family”. Love Charles’ dedication.
We discovered an a/c problem this morning, and called Bellaire Air Conditioning about 8:20. Charles arrived a just after 12:00 and resolved the problem quickly. He was courteous and professional, and treated our home as our home, not a job site. I highly recommend Bellaire Air Conditioning, and Charles Devine did a great job.
Our AC unit wasn't getting to temperature all night. Found great reviews on Reddit so I gave them a chance in the morning. Andrew arrived around 1pm, immediately found an issue, repaired it for a great price. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.
