Peter and Kaleb came out for a routine AC checkup and were great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and very informative about everything they were inspecting. I really appreciated them walking me through the status of the system and explaining things clearly. Great experience overall!

Andrew came by to perform an inspection of my main air conditioning system that was making loud, vibrating noises when starting, running and stopping. It was hard to sleep with these noises!! He arrived at his scheduled time and performed the troubleshooting work in a very efficient and professional manner. He was…
I had a bi- annual check up on my heating & cooling system. My tech, Andres, was extremely thorough and made recommendations on how to keep my drain line clean. Been using Bellaire Air Conditioning for a few years, always great service. The technicians are hard working and efficient. Thank you to Ashton for doing my winter system maintenance check!
The senior technician, Conner L was very professional during my annual heating unit check-up. He explained upcoming requirements in order for my heating and a/c unit to work safely.
We just had our annual heating system check up serviced by Bellaire Air Conditioning as part of our annual maintenance contract. All three units were throughly checked for performance and safety by Daniel, our Technician. He went through everything with photo visuals and clear explanation about issues that he saw…
Peter and Uver came out to do annual maintenance for our heater system. They both were very informative and thorough. They took pictures of all the ductwork repairs needed as well as the surge protection panel and switched out all of the dirty filters. Highly recommend them both.
Andres M, my technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue right away and did the repairs swiftly.
Ashton was very professional and able to explain things clearly!
They sabotaged my heater to try to scam me into buying a new one. In May, I had an AC tune-up performed. It was free because I bought a new AC inside and out the previous summer. The tech showed me pics of my furnace and tried to sell me on a new one. Then 6 months later when we had our first cold snap, I spent…
Andrew was very thorough! Thank you for his service! He explained everything very well!
They have helped me for years. I always go to Bellaire AC. Reliable experts. Heat and AC
Switched to Bellaire AC and heating after too many hard-sell and excessive upselling experiences from other companies. Connor provided excellent service on our Fall inspection and even offered to pour vinegar down our condensation pipes and to change our filters.
Conner was great he explained everthing as he did the service in a way even I could understand....I would highly recommend Conner and Bellaire Air Conditioning for all your needs. I was more than happy....thanks Conner

If I could give them 10 stars, I would, I have been with them for almost 30 years and they have been amazing. I just recently posted a review of Bellaire Air Conditioning, but today I had my annual furnace inspection and I wanted to call out my technician, Billy Tolliver. Billy was a joy to work with - very pleasant, considerate, thorough with the knowledge I hope for with a technician. Highly recommend!
As always. Everything was excellence Have been using since 1976
Awesome and dependable service
Bellaire AC provided me the best service to me by routinely maintaining my two AC systems while I lived in Houston. While I have moved away from Houston due to family reasons, I still remember their cordial and professional service during every season changes or any mechanical issues. Their service is highly recommended.
We had the best experience with Bellaire Air. After getting quotes from 3 companies, Bellaire Air offered better pricing, better customer service, and a seamless experience. I have referred numerous people to them, and we wouldn’t use anyone else for our AC needs.
Andre's, the Tech, was great. Nice, personable, young man, knew what he was doing, solved the problem right away and gave me a fair price. I welcome him back again. Big shout out to Bellaire who I think way exceeds the service I had been using.
Always professional.
They do a great job.
Have used Ballaire for over 20 years. They are honest and do quality work. Will not use anyone else.
I’ve been a customer of this company for 2 years. I spent 12 years with another company that is much larger with flashy commercials etc. I can say that Bellaire AC out classes the competition in every category. Their technicians know more about the AC equipment they service than the manufacturer does. I will…
