Beware!! They will rip you off!!!
Our a/c was not cooling. The freon line was freezing up. Bellaire said it needed 2 lbs. of freon and also needed a cleaning of the inside condenser. It took them less than two hours. The technician said it was now cooling fine, but due to the heat, it might still be a bit warm.…

These guys don't know anything about air conditioning; the solution is always just the filters. I've called them more than three times, and it always turns out to be something else—anything but what they actually "fixed." I still have the problem. If you try to get some warranty it’s always the same answer, “you…

Charles the technician with Bellaire Air Conditioning came out to do a annual AC check and was very professional and took the time to explain the system and any potential issues that I might have down the road. Charles was a five star technician and I will definitely use Bellaire AC for my future AC and Heater needs. Great job.

Peter and Kaleb came out for a routine AC checkup and were great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and very informative about everything they were inspecting. I really appreciated them walking me through the status of the system and explaining things clearly. Great experience overall!

Andrew and the team did an amazing job on my new hvac system installation. They reviewed every detail with me and made me comfortable even as a newer homeowner making their first large purchase. The whole team at Bellaire AC has been so great since I first moved in and called them to get on their maintenance plan 4 years ago.

My home central a/c had a clogged drain line so I called Bellaire Air Conditioning and within hours they sent Andrew to my home. He and his associate were able to unclog the line and did a full unit checkup and made reasonable recommendations to keep the unit working well. I highly recommend Andrew for any of your HVAC needs.
