Is Bellaire Air Conditioning any good?

Having problem with thermostat and thus AC not working at all. Called Bellaire AC and they had someone here by 1 pm. Andreas installed my preferred new thermostat and AC up and working asap. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend! I went ahead and signed up for their annual membership program where they…

These guys don't know anything about air conditioning; the solution is always just the filters. I've called them more than three times, and it always turns out to be something else—anything but what they actually "fixed." I still have the problem. If you try to get some warranty it’s always the same answer, “you…

Nick lacy with Bellaire Air Conditioning came out and fixed my air conditioning system on a Sunday afternoon. I would highly recommend Nick and Bellaire Air Conditioning to anyone as they even credit my repair towards our replacement system. Their install crew was punctual and very clean. Thank you to Nick and…

Andres is the man! My A/C went out and he showed up at my house quickly to evaluate the issue. He repaired my unit within hours and even tuned up my other unit!

The office scheduled my appointment smoothly. The technician Andres arrived to my home and communicated to me during the whole process. He found what was wrong and gave me different recommendations. No hard selling!!! He did the repair, enrolled me in the maintenance program and left my home cleaner than it was!…

I had AC service check on May 29, 2026 for the first time. I had a leak June 24, 2026 in my main ac drain related to the pipe not being connected. Not sure how it happened as I had no leak and the air has been on for months. The last person in the attic was Bellaire Air on May 29. Andre’s came to determine the…

Andrew did an excellent job: patient, well mannered, smart and knowledgeable. Very helpful

I was very impressed with how fast and efficient Andres fixed my home’s A/C! I was worried about my dogs getting too hot when my A/C went out but Andres was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Would highly recommend him and this company.

I have used Bellaire AC multiple times over the last few years for various AC related issues. Most recently, Ronnie and Mike helped out with a blown capacitor and some thermostat wiring issues resulting from electrical issues at my residence. Response time was very prompt and explanations were thorough. Everything…

Charles provided service like there used to be years ago. He had several calls earlier in the day, but came to see why my AC wasn’t running around 6:00. He discovered it was a blocked drain line and cleared it so my AC was back on. In this extreme heat, I was very appreciative of his dedication to his job! Other…

Our business A/C stopped working in West University. I was able to get a same day appointment. It turned out that the blower went bad and we needed a replacement. Paul, our HVAC wizard was able to find the part and install it next day within 24 hours. His communication throughout the process was amazing since I…

He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and truly cares about me, my home, and my HVAC system. It has been over 100 degrees all week, my system went out at 1am last…

Recently, my 95 year old mother lost that cool- air coming into her home. She called Bellaire and they came right out, and spoke with me long-distance in California. I was able to hear them tell me what was wrong, and the cost if nothing else was found. The service is very reasonable. trustworthy, competent. My mom…

Bellaire air is definitely my go-to HVAC folks now. Charles was the tech and he was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining to me in detail everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He did not pressure me into services that were not necessary. Super honest guy. Very professional. If this tech…

The service is OUTSTANDING! We first chose Bellaire AC to replace an entire HVAC unit a few years ago since they had the best quote. The job was done professionally, on time, and with great care to keep the house clean. And we’ve been using their maintenance services for all the HVAC units since. Yesterday the…

He came next day with the parts and even through it took extra time because of the location of the dampers he made sure it was fixed correctly and even…
