I had water draining from my secondary pipes and pans filling with water. Not an emergency situation but Bellaire was able to get out very quickly to inspect/service/resolve my issue. Keenan was friendly, professional and competent, taking the time to explain everything and answer all questions I had. I'll…
Bellaire Air is always there when you need them! Growing up in SW Houston, I remember my parents using Bellaire Air. Now being a SW Houston homeowner myself, I call on Bellaire Air. They are always responsive and dependable. Andrew & Jon do a great job! They are very knowledgeable and always courteous and informative.

Called to ask how much cleaning interior evap coil would cost. Refused to tell me a price and said they would have to charge me almost $100 to just tell me how much the quote would be to simply clean the coil. This is theft at best.
