Is Bellaire Air Conditioning any good?

Andres is a great technician. Strong work ethic and charismatic. Even helped me with an issue I had going on with my hvac over the phone and was able to help me have it up and running.

I've been a customer for 34 years. Bellaire Air has always taken good and promt care of my systems.

Mike has been fantastic every time he has come to our house. Today he was friendly, courteous and helpful taking care of our ac needs and offering suggestions.

Called on a Sunday morning after heater was not working. Daniel came within 30 minutes and was very patient and thorough in explaining exactly what was going on and what he recommends. Highly recommend the care shown with the service.

Always on time, every knowledgeable and very friendly.

Andrew did a great job! Prompt, professional, personable.

I had Zach come to my house to evaluate my AC unit, first off, he was extremely professional and great to work with! He also brought Bejamin (who came last second to help!) who was equally as fantastic, and came in clutch with a key part! They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and not only that, came up…

Peter did our inspection, he was very thorough and professional in explaining our systems in detail, very happy with service!!

We have used Bellaire AC for several years. This time, we needed to replace our very old furnaces. Andres was knowledgeable , professional and friendly. Amazingly they were able to schedule the replacement work for the next day, and finished promptly.

Called for semi-annual maintenance before the "cold" rolls in and they found the heating unit to be bad (1 of 3 heating coils getting connection). Replaced part on a Thurs, (parts under warranty, but labor was $1200?) on Fri nether the heat or a/c would turn on. Left a vm for them Fri night and they called back…

Connor came to conduct regular maintenance, saw mold in one unit and recommended adding an air scrubber. He was thorough, punctual & very professional. Great experience

Andres M, my technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue right away and did the repairs swiftly.

I scheduled a tune up for one of my rentals, i cant say enough good things about the service Bellaire proved. They gave me multiple options for preventative maintenanceand were not pushy. We choose the gold option to get us through the winter. Thank You to Peter and the Bellaire team.

Andres Martinez did an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing a problem we were having with the condensate drain on our air conditioning system. We can always count on Bellaire Air Conditioning for excellent service.

They have helped me for years. I always go to Bellaire AC. Reliable experts. Heat and AC

I have used Bellaire conditioning many times over the years and they are, without question, the best! Fast response time, excellent service, and great pricing!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would, I have been with them for almost 30 years and they have been amazing. They helped me save my old air conditioner that was like 21 years old until it absolutely had to be replaced. I cannot say Enough about Rusty’s dad, Rusty, Charles, Charlie, and others that have made my…

Nick did a great job today (October 3, 2025) in repairing my heating unit. He was very professional & courteous. I highly recommend him & all the great folks at Bellaire! Dan Mooney

We have used Bellaire AC for more than 2 decades. It was recommended by our neighbor and we could not be more satisfied. This is a family owned business, that treat their costumers with honesty and work fast and offers good quality. We strongly recommend this team

Awesome and dependable service

Bellaire AC provided me the best service to me by routinely maintaining my two AC systems while I lived in Houston. While I have moved away from Houston due to family reasons, I still remember their cordial and professional service during every season changes or any mechanical issues. Their service is highly…

We had the best experience with Bellaire Air. After getting quotes from 3 companies, Bellaire Air offered better pricing, better customer service, and a seamless experience. I have referred numerous people to them, and we wouldn’t use anyone else for our AC needs.

They do a great job.

I'm a native from Bellaire and have used Bellaire AC & Heating for many years. They are always quick to get here and always do an excellent job at a resonable price

Support small business with friendly careful personal service. They are very skillful and offer a/c heating services cat very reasonable cost.

I’ve been a customer of this company for 2 years. I spent 12 years with another company that is much larger with flashy commercials etc. I can say that Bellaire AC out classes the competition in every category. Their technicians know more about the AC equipment they service than the manufacturer does. I will…

Great services

We have used this company for almost 40 years. They are reliable and trustworthy. They even came to our house around midnight one night because we had a severe problem with a compressor. They are fantastic! Very highly recommend!

Outstanding experience with Conner

Andres is very patient, polite and helpful! He explained options available to us and set up a service appointment. Highly recommend!

The service is OUTSTANDING! We first chose Bellaire AC to replace an entire HVAC unit a few years ago since they had the best quote. The job was done professionally, on time, and with great care to keep the house clean. And we’ve been using their maintenance services for all the HVAC units since. Yesterday the…

Paul and Keenen were super cool and got the job done quickly and safely.

Charles and Bellaire Heating & Air are top notch. I have two AC zones. Last spring they installed an entirely new system downstairs. The work was outstanding. Last night, the 20 y.o. upstairs furnace gave up the ghost. Charles was here right away. He had a crew install a new furnace immediately. Again, outstanding…
