Jared was very patient and supportive in helping me understand what was going on with my kitchen sink. He spent ample time and effort resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
We were very disappointed. They charge by the hour and, because the guy didn’t know what he was doing, the job lasted longer than it should have. He was gonna charge us $200 to remove the toilet when my husband said, “No, I’ll do it.” Do not recommend!
