Great service and knowledgeable of my plumbing questions and needs!
Jerod has immense knowledge and is very professional - as a team w Kaden today - A+
Needed a main valet replaced and a slow leak fixed. They did great work at a fair price. Will use them for future work.
Scott was wonderful. He kept in contact with me and helped me feel taken care of. The Watergate is flowing through all of the valves he repaired.
Job well done! Jerod was our plumber for this job. He called before coming and was well within the time frame we were provided the day before. He treated our home with respect and allowed me to stand over him to watch how he was fixing our new tub spout that was not working due to age. Jerod was very efficient and…
They fit us in for a service on the day that we called. They didn’t promise they could make it that day but they did. Thank you!
Transparency is the key. I will only use BF! Diagnosing a problem and giving several options to solve is comforting. I'm so grateful!

I received excellent service. I've have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing before and I will definitely call them again the next time I need plumbing services.
Jerod knew I was under a time crunch, so accommodated my schedule. He offered me a couple options being aware of my budget. The work was done meticulously, the room was cleaned and he communicated throughout the process. I have used Ben Franklin in the past and as usual, they did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
Quote process was FLAWLESS. Could not ask for a sharper agent from Ben Franklin plumbing, Jared Lee. I was a professional handyman for 20yrs and IMHO he is outstanding.
Some of the best service I have ever received. Great company and super professional. I would recommend them for all your needs!
Very good experience. Will do again.
Your staff were very courteous and punctual. They installed a new hot water heater. I was very pleased with their explanation of what the problem was and how they were doing the task. Very efficient and courteous.
They did good work 6 years ago on a lower level remodel so look forward to working with them again.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best! I bought my appliances through Lowes, and the ONLY easy part about it was dealing with BFP! Communication was impeccable, and the gentleman who came out to install my disposal was so incredibly kind and honest. I so very much appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and will definitely recommend them in the future!!!
The company came and installed a new gas line for our new gas stove, very polite crew, very professional, I will definitely call them again.
