Kaden Thomson was very professional, polite & explained every step of the service he was doing to fix our problem & what we can do in the future to not have that problem occur again.
Scott found the problem fast and was well prepared to fix it on the spot. Thank you for a fast response.
Scott arrived promptly as promised and solved our leak professionally, replacing the outdoor faucet. Friendly quick emergency service, reasonable price.
Had a clog in the main line, which caused flooding in the basement bathroom. Jaren was here very quickly after the call was made to Benjamin Franklin plumbing. He identified and fixed the problem very efficiently and effectively! Jaren was also very nice and professional and made this process smoother than I…
Jerod was a great communicator and partner in our plumbing issue. Will hire again and be happy to work with him.
Very prompt response to leaking copper pipe problem. Repair work was done well and quickly. Plumber was knowledgable and experienced. He recommended replacing copper pipes with PEX to avoid future leaks and will prepare written estimate by end of day.
Had a back up on a weekend and after getting turned down on my first attempt to get someone here, I called Benjamin Franklin and they had Chris Wistain here in no time and he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and saved the rest of the weekend for me and my family. Can’t recommend them enough.
Jerod Lee was amazing with his plumbing expertise and knowledge. It is important to me to have someone who knows what they are doing in all plumbing circumstances, particularly a multi unit complex where many can be affected by the outcome. Thank you Jerod!
Scott was wonderful. He kept in contact with me and helped me feel taken care of. The Watergate is flowing through all of the valves he repaired.
Quick and friendly
Couldn’t be happier. Very good plumber and person! Thank you!
Transparency is the key. I will only use BF! Diagnosing a problem and giving several options to solve is comforting. I'm so grateful!
Great customer service. The people are friendly and service was completed in a timely manner. JT was very helpful and efficient. He showed up two hours before the scheduled appointment!
I received excellent service. I've have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing before and I will definitely call them again the next time I need plumbing services.
Very friendly, competent and quick. When I was in a bind with flooding they came right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within an hour. I feel confident knowing I have this great group to help me out in a time of stress and difficulty.
We appreciated getting the two leaks repaired and we know crawling under our home was pretty miserable. My only disappointment was the technician did not have time to fix our dripping faucet as he ran out of time and it will be another service call to have him return!
I had a very basic fix on a small leak under the kitchen sink. I observed exactly what was done and I feel as though I was over charged for the service. I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that there was no fee to come out and yet the service guy said at time of purchase that there was a driver's…
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has now done several jobs for me. They do a great job communicating and keeping me in the loop as well as quality work on my sink faucet installation and repiping underneath it. Highly recommend their business.
Jerod was very professional / fixed the problem and cleaned up when done
