Very prompt response to leaking copper pipe problem. Repair work was done well and quickly. Plumber was knowledgable and experienced. He recommended replacing copper pipes with PEX to avoid future leaks and will prepare written estimate by end of day.
Had a back up on a weekend and after getting turned down on my first attempt to get someone here, I called Benjamin Franklin and they had Chris Wistain here in no time and he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and saved the rest of the weekend for me and my family. Can’t recommend them enough.

We appreciated getting the two leaks repaired and we know crawling under our home was pretty miserable. My only disappointment was the technician did not have time to fix our dripping faucet as he ran out of time and it will be another service call to have him return!
