I had Jerod Lee, worked very fast and efficiently to fix my system
Jared did a excellent job
Jerod was a great communicator and partner in our plumbing issue. Will hire again and be happy to work with him.
Solid guy. Did as I asked. Got it done quick.
Jerod Lee was amazing with his plumbing expertise and knowledge. It is important to me to have someone who knows what they are doing in all plumbing circumstances, particularly a multi unit complex where many can be affected by the outcome. Thank you Jerod!
Our plumbing repair was a very hard job. Jared and Chris (with some help from Scott) had to jack-hammer the basement slab across multiple rooms, expose the damaged pipe, repair/replace it and put everything back in place. This meant some demo and movement of a bathroom vanity. Chris worked very hard. Jared…

Tom was professional , called to let me know he could be early, lwhich was so appreciated. Quick, knowledgeable and great value.. He was even patient with my blind overprotective Schnauzer. He was awesome.
This was one of the only companies that answered the phone or returned a call. I was unhappy with the upcharge since they were able to fit my emergency into their workday, but so glad they did send Jerrod out and that he was so responsible and professional. I would gladly call this company again.
We had Jarod come out to help us fix our boiler. He was a wonderful help! Easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. In a very large building, with older boilers- our system takes a little "love" and Jerod was up for the task! We are thankful for this service, and will absolutely be return customers!
Quick and professional, will use again... my plumbing professional was Tom.
Jared has been our plumber for over a year remodeling our entire system. He has done a great job and I would highly recommend him for any project.
Our technician Jerod was super awesome. Fixed our plumbing and gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. Would highly recommend
Showed up early and got us closer to resolving our problem.

Jarod was very punctual & professional. I would absolutely use Benjamin Franklin in the future & recommend them to friends and family!
Lynne was punctual, polite, and his expertise was appreciated. He showed me how I could relight the pilot of my water heater if needed. Turned out I needed it replaced and he came back the next morning and got me all set up.
Everyone was so kind and wonderful. Jones spent days in the smallest crawlspace ever. I am so grateful.
Great service!
We are satisfied with the work and cleanup was excellent.
John M came in, inspected the problem, suggested a solution and went to work. He did a great job fixing the leak in a section of copper pipe in our basement ceiling. Very quick and thorough. Would have John back out anytime.
We appreciated getting the two leaks repaired and we know crawling under our home was pretty miserable. My only disappointment was the technician did not have time to fix our dripping faucet as he ran out of time and it will be another service call to have him return!
The men who installed my new gas line were wonderful. Polite, right on time, and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier.
Quick to reply, great service 👍
While getting a pest inspection, the tech found a leaking water pipe under our rental home in Montana (I live in Texas!) It was 5pm on a Friday so most places were closed. ! called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and my call was answered immediately and we were put on the schedule. The technician communicated with me,…
