David and Domingo are fantastic! I had a sewer smell in my house, but not in a room with water. They investigated and found the culprit: an old rusting pipe that ran under the room. They proposed different solutions and we went with the least invasive. The pipe is gone, the smell is gone, and they are even helping…
This is my second time working with Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they are amazing! Their response time is unmatched and priced very reasonably. I find them to be very honest and forthcoming about the work needing to be done as well as giving options if available. Domingo, Mario and Michael were very helpful and professional.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Domingo and Mario the next day after calling and requesting an estimate/ repair of plumbing leak.
