Customers consistently praise the company for punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing, noting that technicians often arrive on time or early and provide detailed explanations of repairs. Services include pipe repairs, water heater installations, filtration system setups, and sewer inspections, with reviewers highlighting the team's willingness to offer multiple solution options. While the high rating reflects overall satisfaction, a minority of reviews criticize a lack of responsiveness from customer service staff, citing missed calls and unanswered messages as a source of frustration.

Ben Franklin plumbing completed another job for us this time installing the Pureway filtration system. This system even filters out microplastics and helps with our calcium buildup as well. As always they were on time, knowledgable and professional and did a great job installing the system. I couldn't be happier with their work. Ben Franklin plumbing is locally owned and stand by their work.
