Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of North Austin

Scott Barefield handled a difficult kitchen faucet replacement with courtesy and competence.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best I’ve used in Austin over the 25 years I’ve owned a home here. I’ve used them several times now and they are courteous, communicative, punctual and do the job correctly at a fair price. Recently, Timothy was fantastic. He diagnosed a complex issue, explained it and made… Read full review

I was very impressed with my first use of Ben Franklin plumbing service. Timothy reviewed two problems to see if I needed repairs and then replaced three outdoor faucets. Quality work and communication. Arrived on schedule. I will be using Ben Franklin Plumbing if I need other plumbing repairs.

Always great, prompt and courteous service. Service Tech, John, is wonderful. Willing to come and provide same day service if necessary. Have never been disappointed.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is a very professional business; they get it done. My plumbing repairman was Dave Lambert, who has multiple years of experience. I had a leak emanating from my foundation, costing me water aches (I live on a well). He quickly diagnosed the problem as being a T&P plug on my water heater - it was… Read full review

Mr. Redmond was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better qualified person. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be our go to plumbers from now on.

Dave arrived a little early (which was great). He explained the pricing well (more expensive than we expected, but he and his partner efficiently worked on one part of the project while my husband dashed off for a replacement faucet). A few hours later, after fighting with some old parts that didn't go down easy,… Read full review

Easily understable & not as serious as I had imagined. Older home needs upgrades. Thanks Franklin's plumbing

Quick to respond and on time. Cleaned up and followed up Tim has been great each time out. Explained situation clearly. Did the work quickly. Left the job site clean.

The technicians were both great on two different days. However, I blame myself for not asking what the cost was going to be as I will never call Benjamin Franklin again without a cost estimate. I feel that I have paid more than what the work entailed. Again I have no one to blame but myself.

All ok

Did a real good job I would ask for Tim the next time

Andy is very polite, friendly and efficient. He explains all of the options very thoroughly. He has done very good work for me twice now and I will ask for him next time I have any plumbing issues.

Andy did a great job!

Andy G. from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a very professional and thorough job, and explained everything in advance. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Andres Garcia was friendly, explained everything clearly and did an excellent job. Very professional. I would call on Andres again.

Good job - Andy was great. He clearly knew what was needed to complete a successful job. Many thanks.

I highly recommend this company! I called and had someone come out in a half hour. Tim has been our plumber on two jobs and he was patient, helpful, and a great listener. He provided us with options based on our needs and provided excellent service and final products. We will be using Tim again for our new kitchen… Read full review
