Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of North Austin

Scott Barefield handled a difficult kitchen faucet replacement with courtesy and competence.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best I’ve used in Austin over the 25 years I’ve owned a home here. I’ve used them several times now and they are courteous, communicative, punctual and do the job correctly at a fair price. Recently, Timothy was fantastic. He diagnosed a complex issue, explained it and made… Read full review

I was very impressed with my first use of Ben Franklin plumbing service. Timothy reviewed two problems to see if I needed repairs and then replaced three outdoor faucets. Quality work and communication. Arrived on schedule. I will be using Ben Franklin Plumbing if I need other plumbing repairs.

Always great, prompt and courteous service. Service Tech, John, is wonderful. Willing to come and provide same day service if necessary. Have never been disappointed.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is a very professional business; they get it done. My plumbing repairman was Dave Lambert, who has multiple years of experience. I had a leak emanating from my foundation, costing me water aches (I live on a well). He quickly diagnosed the problem as being a T&P plug on my water heater - it was… Read full review

Mr. Redmond was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better qualified person. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be our go to plumbers from now on.

Dave arrived a little early (which was great). He explained the pricing well (more expensive than we expected, but he and his partner efficiently worked on one part of the project while my husband dashed off for a replacement faucet). A few hours later, after fighting with some old parts that didn't go down easy,… Read full review

Easily understable & not as serious as I had imagined. Older home needs upgrades. Thanks Franklin's plumbing

Quick to respond and on time. Cleaned up and followed up Tim has been great each time out. Explained situation clearly. Did the work quickly. Left the job site clean.

The technicians were both great on two different days. However, I blame myself for not asking what the cost was going to be as I will never call Benjamin Franklin again without a cost estimate. I feel that I have paid more than what the work entailed. Again I have no one to blame but myself.

All ok

Did a real good job I would ask for Tim the next time

Andy is very polite, friendly and efficient. He explains all of the options very thoroughly. He has done very good work for me twice now and I will ask for him next time I have any plumbing issues.

Andy did a great job!

Andy G. from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a very professional and thorough job, and explained everything in advance. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Andres Garcia was friendly, explained everything clearly and did an excellent job. Very professional. I would call on Andres again.

Good job - Andy was great. He clearly knew what was needed to complete a successful job. Many thanks.

I highly recommend this company! I called and had someone come out in a half hour. Tim has been our plumber on two jobs and he was patient, helpful, and a great listener. He provided us with options based on our needs and provided excellent service and final products. We will be using Tim again for our new kitchen… Read full review

Wayne did a great job. Have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing several times and have never been disappointed. Always professional and experienced and an excellent job of cleaning up. Thank you.

A+, Fast, easy and fairly priced. Andrew came out and did a faucet install and was easy to work with, offered some good pricing and super friendly.

Inspected tankless water heater and bathroom plumbing. Assisted in answering home inspector questions. Great technician; we’re having him come back to install a faucet.

My plumber Andrew Christiansen was very efficient he made the repairs very quickly and did a great job

I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They saw me on the same day and fixed my issue promptly. Excellent service, I used them previously and I will hire them again for future plumbing projects. Jonathan Willis thank you! You are a lifesaver.

Andy came out on a Sunday to unclog my kitchen drain. He was very conscientious, finished the job quickly and helped get follow-up work scheduled. Thanks!

Always a great experience. We had 2 technicians at our residence and they did a great job. The second technician finished out the job and did a phenomenal job. I recommend them anytime.

Have always had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin, and today was no exception. Tim was great--professional and friendly. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Jonathan was very professional. He is very knowledgeable about his work and shared what he was doing as he worked. I really appreciated that he came back to check on a problem, which I think is okay now. I would recommend him and your company to anyone.

Tim was a great guy and did amazing work! The business was quick to book and I would highly recommend.

I’ve used them multiple times and are outstanding every time. They’re always on time and relatively quick considering the task. If they make a mistake, there is no hesitation to make it right.

Andy was a consummate professional; arrived on time, did an extraordinary job and left the areas that he worked on cleaner than when he started to work. Hands down The BEST.

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for both my home and office and they’ve always done a great job. Whether it was clearing a tough clog in our house or installing a heavy-duty faucet for my office’s laboratory sink, they have always been courteous, thorough and professional.

Andy Garcia, the technician, arrived during the appointed time, quickly assessed the leaking connections to a bathroom faucet and installed a new faucet as well. Very professional, courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing.
