Our kitchen sink and dishwasher stopped working after we had foundation repaired and it had shaken so sediment and basically clogged the aerator. We felt a little dumb for not checking the head of the faucet, but Tim was really nice about it and told us how to check the rest of the faucets as well.

This was just a $25 cartridge replacement in the master bathroom and they charged me around $483 for the same. Then they said a membership will lower the charge. I did not know the real charges around when I went with them and they just looted me. I wouldn’t recommend them at all and a reasonable price for the same…

Dave Lambert did an excellent job repairing tub & sink valves in 3 bathrooms from the 50's. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate. I most definitely will call on Ben Franklin and Dave when needed in the future.

Unfortunately, for the Moen tub faucet, the cartridge replacement did not stop the leak...there appears to be an issue in the Moen valving system. I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for both my home and office and they’ve always done a great job. Whether it was clearing a tough clog in our house or installing a heavy-duty faucet for my office’s laboratory sink, they have always been courteous, thorough and professional.
Same day service was what I was looking for, and they sent someone out a few hours later. He fixed the problem with some issues, but he wasn’t leaving until my problem was fixed. I paid $398 to get a shower faucet that wouldn’t turn off repaired. Trust me, it was not easy. I had another handyman try with no success.…
