I subscribe to the Ben Franklin maintenance agreement. They perform a check annually including flushing hot water heaters.

Tim was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He installed our undersink filter system and clearly explained how to access the meter and valves. Very pleasant to work with.

Tim and his co-worker Gabe were super! Explained all the possible problems that might be causing our shower to leak into the cabinets. Tim ran a number of logical tests to isolate the problem and got to the root cause. Plus Tim was just a great guy to talk with while he was doing the work. Great service!

Andy arrived on time. He was pleasant, courteous, efficient, and explained what he would and/or might have to do. AFTER finding where the leak in the main water pipe into our house, he went to work on fixing it. He worked steadily and carefully until he fixed the leak. Professional, prompt, friendly service.

They showed up on time and did a great job fixing an old toilet flange and a leaky bib outside. I’m and out in just two hours in which they evened out a lead pipe, soldered, drilled through concrete, etc. They were professional and tried to minimize noise since I was working from home.

Told dispatch we needed toilet flap and seat replaced. They showed up with neither and wanted $100 for just showing up STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Andy was very responsive and very professional. He answered all questions that I had and corrected our problem within an hour. I highly recommend using this team for your plumbing needs.

This company was very responsive and quick to arrive to a newly found leak. The plumber, Wayne, was professional and communicative and helped me understand what was happening in detail. Other than the VERY high cost it took to repair a leak from my water main pipe (right where the irrigation system split off), I am a happy customer.

The best service. Professional and clearly want to keep my business. Super responsive.
