Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best I’ve used in Austin over the 25 years I’ve owned a home here. I’ve used them several times now and they are courteous, communicative, punctual and do the job correctly at a fair price. Recently, Timothy was fantastic. He diagnosed a complex issue, explained it and made… Read full review

I had a leak in my sink at 4:00 pm. Ben Franklin plumbing had someone there by 4:00. Tim quickly fixed the leak and corrected some errors my dishwasher installer made. Couldn't be happier.

I called early Wednesday afternoon because our sewer was blocked up. They came out a few hours later and was able to locate a broken sewer line. They came out the next morning and worked most of the day to repair the break. I was very happy with the work Tim did from BF Plumbing and would most definitely have… Read full review

Tim Peterson came and did a very good job for us. We had called Roto Rooter yesterday and they came and wrongly assessed the problem and gave us a huge estimate! Fortunately Tim Peterson came and not only diagnosed the problem but fixed the problem at a fraction of the price!! We are very pleased with the service provided.

He even answered plumbing questions for me that had nothing to do with the job he was here for. Though plumbing issues are never good, my experience… Read full review

Tim came out to help find the pipe that had busted. Not only was he friendly but he worked all Christmas helping similar families. Highly recommend Ben Franklin, they will go above and beyond and are very professional.

Somewhere between excellent and superior.

Responsive, professional, and helped us in a pinch so we could still host Christmas at our house. Highly recommend.

Tim was very knowledgeable and worked with me to find the best economical solution to our needs. He also offered valuable advice regarding the faucet and toilet.

For 12 years now I have been using Benjamin Franklin plumbing and I see the same technicians like Tim, Dave & Wayne come and give me great service for a great price. Today, Tim came and did a great job flushing my water heaters and checking my whole house.
