I had a leak in my sink at 4:00 pm. Ben Franklin plumbing had someone there by 4:00. Tim quickly fixed the leak and corrected some errors my dishwasher installer made. Couldn't be happier.

I called early Wednesday afternoon because our sewer was blocked up. They came out a few hours later and was able to locate a broken sewer line. Andy arrived on time. He was pleasant, courteous, efficient, and explained what he would and/or might have to do. AFTER finding where the leak in the main water pipe into our house, he went to work on fixing it. He worked steadily and carefully until he fixed the leak. Called with an emergency burst pipe on a Saturday and while everyone else I had called said they couldn't be here for 3-7 days, these folks said that he'd be here in 45 minutes! Hallelujah! Once here, he quickly determined the issue and was able to fix it. We're so grateful, thank y'all so much!
