The technicians were both great on two different days. However, I blame myself for not asking what the cost was going to be as I will never call Benjamin Franklin again without a cost estimate. I feel that I have paid more than what the work entailed. Again I have no one to blame but myself.

They did a great job repairing toilet seal. Work was not disruptive and was completed in a timely fashion.
They showed up on time and did a great job fixing an old toilet flange and a leaky bib outside. I’m and out in just two hours in which they evened out a lead pipe, soldered, drilled through concrete, etc. They were professional and tried to minimize noise since I was working from home.
Highly recommend! They were able to schedule me for same day service to repair a leak that forced us to keep our water shut off and even arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Andrew was very professional and efficient in his repairs and the cost was much lower than we anticipated. Will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future if needed.
