Called this morning, and Chris came out the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. He did an outstanding job, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find service like that these days. I made a call after hours on a Monday and someone was there the next day. They were even earlier than expected. Chris was very nice and helped me understand what was going on and what I need to do in the future.

My tenant was having problems with the septic tank and I called Bennie Moore Septic tank on Friday and they were able to get to my tenants house on Monday morning. The young man that was doing the service was so polite so him and I enjoyed talking with each other you do not see young men as respectful as he was and I would just like to say thank you.

My sinks were gurgling when we ran the washing machine. The septic tank needed to be pumped and the sludge strainer cleaned. They showed up on time and the price was very reasonable. The technician was courteous and well trained. He discussed what he was doing, the cause of the problem, and how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Problem solved!
