My sinks were gurgling when we ran the washing machine. The septic tank needed to be pumped and the sludge strainer cleaned. They showed up on time and the price was very reasonable. The technician was courteous and well trained. He discussed what he was doing, the cause of the problem, and how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Problem solved!

Super Company! I dealt with both Russ and Chris. We had a sewer backup on our church property. Very fast response and had the septic tank pumped out in no time. I called Bennie Moore after I came home one day and my bathtub had standing water in it. I pulled my septic tank lid and quickly found the problem. Commercial business was serviced- Outstanding Customer Service! Technicians arrived on time as promised, explained the process and was very polite. Service was performed in a timely manner. I would recommend this company for residential or commercial septic needs.

The lady at the office was a pleasure to speak with and was informative about the questions I asked. The gentleman they sent out was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and all around great person! I would definately use them again!

Toilets were gurgling and not flushing properly. Called another company first and they scheduled me a week out. Called Bennie Moore at 10am and they had me pumped out by 2pm. Can not be more pleased. Kip was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Bennie Moore Septic. We called and they were here the same day and early! Thomas was incredibly nice, talked us through the repair that we needed and gave first class customer service! If we are ever in need again in the future, they will be my first call!
