Very knowledgeable professional and believe he did a very thorough inspection of the inside and outside units to determine our problem and then repair also went over everything for replacement of inside and outside unit as our system is 25 years old and will need replacing well…

Got a call prior to tech arrival to make sure it was a good time. Tech was super polite and diagnosed my problem quickly. He made repairs and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional

Everything went smoothly. While discovering our vents needed a major cleaning was a surprise, Steven’s professionalism and the company’s excellent communication made the experience stress-free.

Found the power issue in the house and was able to replace the damaged wire immediately

Just the best! And the technician, Terry Bland was smart, prepared with the necessary part, courteous, who explained to me all he was doing and why. He was sooooooooo professional! I recommend Berkeys and Terry unqualifiedly.
