I absolutely love the business, Mr Clint always keeps me updated as well as Neil. Literally the beat, took my car in Wednesday night and it was out on Friday. They kept me in touch every step of the way. Love them.
Finding a mechanic you can trust is a difficult task these days. My experience with Bernhard a few years ago has solidified my trust in them to do what is right. Forget the excellent quality of work and customer service. Those are just add ons! Trust is my number one reason for taking all my vehicles to Bernhard.
This is a testimony of praise as I tell you this short story: At a time when my finances were challenged due to taxes and other concerns, my car rear started making a grinding noise. I knew it was the brakes and would be costly to fix. I prayed to the Lord to help me during this time of need. I dreaded the call…
They team is always helpful, personable and eager to help.
Been a great business to work with. They are always knowledgeable and helpful.
They are fantastuc to work with and get all your work done very professionally and timely. Had all my work done within a week of diagnostic. Also, Neal is an awesome rep and makes sure you know what step you are in at all times. I definitely recommend Bernhard Auto Works!
Would definitely recommend! Great service, and super friendly staff!
Great friendly service. Great communication.
Have used them before, and as always their work was great, and the entire experience was friendly and professional
Rarely do you find such an honest and hardworking shop like Bernhard Auto Works. I’ve had to take in a Chevy Sonic in need of major work twice now. Both times Clint has called me and explained every issue and every step that it will take to resolve it. To make things even better, prior to service they send a special…
I’ve been using Bernhardt for about 2years and as a female I trust them and feel like they aren’t taking advantage of me due to me being female I’ve check their quotes against other places and they are comparable with what’s in my area. These guys are friendly and professional highly recommend them to anyone
I was referred by a friend and so glad I choose this business. They were very professional, reasonable and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for other auto services.
Professional, thorough, and trust worthy service.
I heard about this place from one of their employees so when I wanted to have some things checked out I decided to give it a try and I couldn’t be happier. Clint kept me informed on what what was going on and was straight forward with the cost of everything. He even took the extra step and found me some aftermarket…
Bernhard’s came highly recommended when I was talking about needing an oil change on my car. I decided to make an appointment and I wasn’t disappointed in my service. Not only was my initial phone conversation with Ken very informative and professional, the day of, I met him and his co-worker Clint, and I was given…

I took my car to Bernhards on a recommendation and could not be happier. My 20 year old car feels brand new and sounds amazing. I will happily drive from STL to have my vehicles serviced here.
Bernhard Auto Works has been prompt and respectful during every encounter. I especially appreciate the digital inspection reports as well as the details given when I ask at just the right level (not over or under explaining)!
