Customers frequently cite knowledgeable staff, transparent pricing, and efficient communication as key benefits of the flooring, carpet, and hardwood installation services. Recurring themes include helpful showroom consultations, punctual scheduling, and seamless material matching for existing homes. While most reviews are positive, a minority of low-star comments highlight concerns regarding delayed follow-ups, higher-than-expected estimates, and unresolved warranty or installation issues.

Met with Debra at Bellevue Design Center about a kitchen remodel we're considering. We're still in the planning stage, so I can't speak to the actual construction yet, but the consultation itself was very useful. She went through our ideas, looked at the layout we brought in and helped us think through cabinets,…
Miguel and his crew refinished the hardwood in our home and brought it back to life. There were a few worn areas that I thought might never blend in properly, but the finished floor looks surprisingly even. Really happy we refinished instead of replacing it.

I recently checked out Best Buy Floors in Bellevue, and I’m really impressed. If you’re tired of the overwhelming, impersonal experience at the big-box home improvement stores, this is the place to go. The staff there actually knows their stuff they were super helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different materials, the quality of their hardwood and vinyl options is a step above what you usually see, and the installation team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to the small details. It’s definitely a more consultative, high-quality experience. If you’re looking to get your floors done right the first time, I’d highly recommend stopping by their showroom.

We're still in the planning stage, so I can't speak to the actual construction yet, but the consultation itself was very useful. She went through our ideas, looked at the layout we brought in and helped us think through cabinets, countertops and flooring together instead of treating everything as a separate decision.

These guys are great. I’ve worked with them twice now and is always top class communication as well as install. Will be going back a third time when that time comes.
Michael, You're the man! Thanks for trusting us not once, but twice. It is always great working with good people such as yourself. We truly appreciate the support and for you taking the time to leave our company a review. Best, Miguel and BBF Team
Went into the Bellevue showroom thinking we already knew which luxury vinyl plank we wanted. After seeing the samples in person we completely changed our minds. Peter helped us compare a few options and was patient while we went back and forth on color and finish. The installation went smoothly too and the new floor looks great in the space. Glad we didn't just order something based on pictures online.
Hello Christopher, Thank you for sharing your experience with our company. We are glad Peter was able to assist you and provide value in the selection process. We hope you enjoy your new floors for many years to come. Let us know if we can be of any other assistance. Best, Miguel and BBF Team
We bought LVP from Best Buy Floors without going into the showroom. Alex helped us through the options over the phone, answered a bunch of questions and made the ordering part pretty easy. Exactly what we needed.
Mr. Allen, We appreciate you taking the time to leave our family business a review! We're glad Alex was able to answer all of your questions and make the process simple, easy, and stress-free. Best. Miguel and BBF Team
We had an outstanding experience working with Miguel and his entire team at Best Buy Floors! Miguel was fantastic to work with from the start. After visiting their excellent showrooms in Bellevue and the Redmond/Kirkland area, we hired them for two substantial jobs: a full carpet replacement in a large 3,600+ sq ft home (which also included expertly fixing a wooden backboard behind the bathroom sink), and a full carpet installation across a 2-bedroom townhome with stairs. We are very happy with the results and execution of the projects. A massive shout-out goes to Diego and Leo, who did a phenomenal job on the townhome installation. Diego took incredible care to help reduce the squeaks in our wooden stairs. He was completely transparent, taking the time to show us exactly what he could fix and what wasn't possible due to the underlying structural design of the steps. His knowledge and craftsmanship improved the stairs immensely. We are incredibly happy with the final results and highly recommend Miguel, Diego, Leo, and the rest of the crew!
Martín, Your kind words and trust are greatly appreciated. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and your realtor. I’ll make sure Diego and Leo see this as well-they take a lot of pride in their work and I’m sure appreciate the recognition. We’re glad you are happy with the results and truly appreciate the recommendation! With Gratitude, Miguel & The BBF Team
