They take care of my beagle like it's one of their own. He's so excited to be dropped off, and full of energy when I pick him up. Coming back from a trip is exciting knowing he's ready to be back, having had a great time away and in a classy environment.
Best staff and care ever! My pup is in great hands and leaving her is a joy with this crew. They treat every dog like their own and their process and admin is smooth sailing.
The only place we trust with boarding or grooming for our pitty. I have been going to Anna at Best Friends Pet Hotel for about a year now. She always does a great job with Hagrid’s haircut. The people who work the reception desk always so excited to see Hagrid. I highly recommend them!

My dog has been getting groomed by Anna forever! I can't even think of all the years that I have been going. I even moved to Phillie for 5 years and still drove over the Betsy for him to see Anna! Great grooming place! I highly recommend.

I had to write another review Brian has been doing Prince always great job on Prince but was not in last Saturday so Anne did Prince i was concerned but my fur baby made me proud he was good for Anne she even did his paws 🐾. so glad I know he has 2 favorite Groomers now thank you so much Anne for filling in and making My fur baby look great🧡🖤🐶🧡🖤
Anna is a fantastic groomer! She is always happy, caring and warm and fuzzy to my girls and me. Jackie, the assistant manager, is knowledgeable, and friendly. They both are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
Best Friends Cinnaminson took care of my pup while I had to be away for a couple of days. I love that they email you photos of your pup so you can see what they're up to during their stay.

Excellent service for our senior dog Maxwell. Max is almost 9 years old and was living on the streets in AC before being rescued from a high kill shelter. He is an adorable Shih Tzu who loves to sleep! Best Friends recognizes his special needs and turns his grooming into a spa service that includes a nap. It certainly lessens the stress he feels! 💕
They are great and I feel comfortable leaving our fur babies when we travel here.
