We had a deep clean done on our new home that we were moving into and Better Life did awesome! It was completely move in ready. Also Rae in the office was so helpful setting everything up and answered my many questions. Will definitely continue to use their services!
The house I am renting was not clean before I was moving in, which we only found out after the moving truck had already arrived. The maids at Better Life worked hard to clean up the previous tenants’ messes including food stains in the kitchen and hand prints on the wall - even mouse feces under the sink! They…
We requested a moving related cleaning. Appreciated the scheduling availability as it was a last minute thought/request. Individual spent a good amount of time cleaning upstairs with the lack of chemical smell permeating the house. Real estate agent stopped by later in the evening and commented on the cleanliness…
Quick response, great customer service, and an amazing job cleaning. Thanks so much for getting my home move-in ready!
Great service and friendly staff!
The house is so clean! Thank you!!!
I was moving out of a rental house and I had Better Life come do the final clean before I turned in my keys. It looked beautiful 😍! As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about having them come regularly to my new house!
Great service, cleaned the house so it’s ready to sell and I feel great about putting pictures up online now!
My mother n law is selling her home, and living in a different state so coordinating a cleaning may not seem to be the easiest. Better Life Cleaning was a great resource for a deep clean. They continued to keep me updated on days approaching, arrival time and even a mid day How it is going status. The girls did a…
They did a very poor job especially since they requested additional time and payment. Friend and relator both pointed out what a poor job they did.
Shay was wonderful. On time and very thorough. Our unit now looks great in order to sell. Thank you very much.
Great job!
Went above and beyond in our moving out clean
Better Life helped me out in a pinch, getting my house cleaned and ready to sell. Heather especially did an amazing job. My house is sparkling clean ✨ On top of all of that, I respect companies like this one, who treat their employees well, pay them well, and offer benefits like time off. This will be my go-to company as long as I’m in STL!
These two were extremely professional and exceptionally thorough. I have used other services but will only use them from now on.
Jackie and Amber did an absolutely amazing job. Really appreciate the ease of working with Better Life Maids. Thank you so much!
We hired this company to do a move out clean. I know our kitchen was in rough shape. They made everything look like new. We were very impressed and highly recommend them!
Thank you so much to Aavah B, Kenzie S, and Cierra S for teaming up to come deep clean our house prior to selling! I appreciate how communicative and easy everything was. Also, thank you for letting me add on two extra rooms! I am so grateful!
Kenzie and Beth did a great job cleaning my house before I closed on it's sale. They left it in great shape for the new owners and were so thorough they found a toy that had escaped my notice for 3 years of routine cleaning that I did! They were also communicative and personable. I would definitely use them again.
Good work, very efficient and extremely attentive to my requests. Deep cleaning for move-out went very well. Extremely satisfied.
We had our wood floors re-sanded and to say it's a dusty project is an understatement. The team helped us and got us scheduled within 24 hours, did a deep clean in less than 5 hours, (including our oven!!!), and we could not be happier with the results. It was truly a life-saver after coming back to a chaotic mess…
Better Life Maids has been fantastic for my wife and I. They do a great job at our apartment and are always very responsive to any requests or questions that we have. Would strongly recommend using them!
Fantastic Employees. Great price. Quality work.
Ladies were prompt, professional and did a wonderful job!
She did amazing work we love it!! Thank you so much!!
Professional, friendly and great job!
I had a deep clean for our new old house and Amanda and her team worked really hard on the woodwork, inside cabinets, floors, removing cobwebs from the ceiling. Basically, the house had a lot of needs and the team met them. We can now move in knowing that every surface has been cleaned. Thank you!
Very unimpressed with the quality of the work. The “deep clean” service I paid for was just wiping up surfaces sweep mop vacuum very standard things. The term “deep clean” is used very, VERY loosely. EDIT: someone form the company reached out to me and sent a new person over to refinish my house. NOW i am very…
I am extremely pleased with the work the ladies did. It wasn’t easy for them as we were in the middle of home renovations and still had quite a bit of unpacking and organizing to do but they really worked very hard. Both my sister (who does not compliment people very often) and I both commented that this house has…
We loved working with better life maids! They were extremely responsive and easy to schedule. The texting was extremely helpful as well. Kaitlyn did an incredible job deep cleaning our home and we definitely plan to work with her again! The price for deep cleaning is high but seems to be the same as other companies…
I’ve used Better Life off and on for a couple years. When my apartment has been in really bad shape they’ve been a huge help, and their cleaners and customer service team are always friendly and responsive. I like that I can schedule online, get automatic notifications by text when my cleaners are coming, and have…
Michelle from Better Life was fantastic! I moved into my new apt on short-notice, so the landlord didn't have time to clean. My floor resembled a beer-stained frat house and my kitchen looked like a mud-encrusted toddler had crawled over every surface! Michelle spent 3 hours deep-cleaning, erasing every iota of the…
I had 3 young ladies that arrived on time, ready to work, expressed a great attitude with a lot of energy. They completed everything in a timely manner and kept me posted via texting. I would love to use the same young ladies again in the future also will refer their names to the company for other friends and…
