It's hard to maintain the house to the level of clean that makes me feel good and when work and life was getting too busy I decided to go for it and hire a cleaning service. This was such an easy process. Anthony did a great job and I look forward to having someone come regularly to keep my life more organized.
We’ve had 3 cleanings from Better Life so far and have been pleased with the experience every time. We will be recommending this service to our family and friends

Matt is so reliable-- I always know I'm going to come home to a high-standard clean. In addition to fresh floors, sinks, and surfaces, there's always a lovely attention to details--extra care taken on picture frames, carefully folded toilet paper, sweetly-made children's beds, and great communication. This is always an experience that brings us comfort.

Charlie is wonderful! She's so pleasant to be around, says hello to our dog and even brings a little treat with her. Our dog loves her after only a couple cleanings and brought all her favorite toys over when Charlie arrived. The house is spotless, never looks better, and Charlie is quick and detailed throughout. We love Charlie and we love Better Life.
Was our first cleaning. I have no complaints but will know better after more visits.

Responsive. Helpful. Flexible. Easy to deal with and efficient. (Plus they rearrange my stuffed animals into cute little scenes on the couch. Which brings absolute JOY on top of stress relief from not having to clean on top of my extensive to do list.)

Brendan from Better life cleaning service did an excellent job today. He seems very happy as an employee of the company and that says a lot about the company. Though personal interaction with the company is very easy, I have great difficulty logging into the portal so I appreciate the outgoing communication with me…

It was an absolutely delightful experience. Both workers were very thorough, conscientious fillet. Just enjoy even having them in the house.
Started off wonderful but over the last 2 years of having their service, there has been steady decline in service and increase in excuses, cost. They came to my house yesterday and kitchen was dirty when they were done. Their excuse is that dining table isnt part of the kitchen. If they pay as much attention to…
We love Better Life Maids. Apparently they attract good employees by treating them well.

Thank you so much for all the help you provided!! The house looks incredible and feels so clean. Looking forward to the next time you’re here!
Rich did a great, thorough job cleaning my home today. He showed so much attention to detail with cleaning the kitchen appliances and the shower, and listened to areas we said needed the most attention. He even wrote a cute message on the fridge using my daughter’s alphabet letters. He left us a nice note as well.
Spencer and Hannah did an absolutely wonderful job! They were very kind and friendly and worked non-stop. My husband has a multitude of health issues and just keeping up with the day to day of caring for him makes it hard for me to handle housework too. This was my first experience with Better Life Home Cleaning.…
Great staff and great price! They do such a great job! Highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased with the cleaning done by Charity and Amanda. In about 4 hours, they cleaned my house and made it shine. They brought everything with them. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when they were here, but my husband was and he said Charity and Amanda were very pleasant and worked steadily. I would not hesitate hiring them again.

This is a great company. Came it got to work right away. Deep cleaning house looks great
He was alright. He didn't do a few things that he said he did. He didn't wipe down the doors and a few other things. Well he said the windows and stove were considered deep cleaning. There were 3 doors that I would have like done. He did great with the back splash. When I called i did ask for deep cleaning.
I have been using this company for several years, and they have always been thorough and reliable!
I would highly recommend Better Life Home Cleaning. Our house is cleaned thoroughly, and I really like their business practices (providing annual leave, sick leave, no fault policy for their employees if something is broken in our home, etc.). We’ve been using Better Life Maids for several months now and they are great! Very professional, very thorough, they work around our 2 goofy pups trying to bother them, and are always open to our small requests before/during cleanings. We’ll continue to get our house cleaned by them monthly!
Honest review after 4 years of using better life maids. We finally had to end our service. Based on poor value, inconsistent service and policies that are not geared towards customers. Every 6 months they send you an email (no phone call) to raise your cleaning rate by $40-50; my already high rate went up 3 times…
My husband has dimentia and was anxious, moving around alot today and she moved in conjunction with him. Please have Rachel be the one that always cleans for me so it's a familiar face.

This company was referred to my be a friend in Arizona. I called last minute on Cyber Monday, left my information, and the next day I received a message stating my cleaning had been scheduled, and they had given me the Black Friday special. They showed up on time, did a great job, and I'm scheduled again. Easy, Simple, Straight Forward, and Great Value!
Everything looks so clean when they leave. We have 2 dogs and construction going on outside and the floors take a beating. But they look great when they leave and I can walk around barefoot!!

Kaylie did an outstanding job! My house is shining. Such a good feeling to get off work and come home to a clean space. The little details like fluffing the sofa pillows is appreciated. I love the little touches.
All the team members are hardworking professionals, pleasant and polite people. Since I am often traveling and away from home, office personnel's flexibility in scheduling is greatly appreciated.
Pleased with Miranda, and the 2 previous worker’s! I did post a message after my last cleaning?? Not sure where it went to? Gave a 5-Star rating!
Kak was awesome! Everything was great. And both of my cats loved her. I would love to have her back on my next appointment.
Very pleased to have had Lindsey and Amber in the house taking care of business.
They did a great and very professional job cleaning up my house.
Prompt, polite and efficient
Melody did a great job cleaning my mother’s house. She is a very pleasant person and did a fantastic job.
Fantastic Employees. Great price. Quality work.
Better life always does a great job with cleaning our house!
Both Amanda and Piotr were wonderful. It is a pleasure to sit in my CLEAN home. Both worked well together and were clear to me that what I wanted was what they wanted as well. I look forward to my next clean day. I hope it is with Amanda and Piotr!
First time user but definitely plan on an on-going basis. Savannah was personable for a first time meeting. My house was very clean and my hardwoods were glistening.
She was great and it looks nice!
Everything was excellent and done to perfection with a focus on detail. Michelle did such a great job, she was on time, professional, and super thorough. I highly recommend Better Life Maids (and Michelle) and will use them again.
We SO appreciate this service! They’ve done a great and thorough job and been super flexible when we A) had a crabby cat chase them around the house and B) locked them out of the house on another day. 🤦🏻♀️ They’re responsive and very easy to schedule. We tried 2 other services some years and just weren’t happy -…
She did amazing work we love it!! Thank you so much!!
maid did a good job.
Melody was incredible! She let me know when she would be arriving and had my house completed quickly but with so much attention to detail! Thank you for all the hard work!!
Kat does a wonderful job with great attention to detail. Friendly and efficient.
They took extra time on our kids’ room, decorating with their stuffed animals. Wonderful special touch!
Jamie H. cleaned my house today. She doesn’t waste time and did a great job. Highly recommend her. The proof is in the results, a spic and span house. Excellent job !!
My place was just shy of being trashed and they came in and made it look like a responsible adult lives here. For sure will use them prior to parents visiting. P.S. They folded the toilet paper roll into a triangle and it made me feel all fancy.
On time, good communicator, great cleaning job!
Very unimpressed with the quality of the work. The “deep clean” service I paid for was just wiping up surfaces sweep mop vacuum very standard things. The term “deep clean” is used very, VERY loosely. EDIT: someone form the company reached out to me and sent a new person over to refinish my house. NOW i am very…
Michelle did a thorough job cleaning my home and was very professional. I felt very comfortable having her in my home and it was nice to come home to a sparkling clean house
The cleaner arrived on time and did an excellent job. She regularly checked in with me to make sure that the job was being completed to my satisfaction.
Mondays are even more sunny when the team arrive; today is no exception—Thank you MB for making my Monday’s consistently sparkling and with it a great start to the week. The team always do excellent work, making my home sparkle ✨
I’ve been using Better Live Maids about 6 months now and I consider it the best money I’ve ever spent. That being said, the website states you should more often than not have the same cleaning tech. I have, i think, had the same tech once in 12+ cleanings. I know there is a labor shortage, etc. but maybe think of…
Excellent experience.
Reliable service with hard working women.
Everything about my experience with Better Life Maids of St. Louis was outstanding. Jolea and Lindsay left my home sparkling and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I truly appreciate that work they did and will recommend Better Life Maids whenever I can.
I have been very happy with the service provided by Better Life Maids. They have been very flexible when we need to change our schedule and I absolutely love coming home to a clean house. I also really appreciate their commitment to their employees and to the environment.
I love days our BLM person comes, this cleaning by Lindsay was above and beyond. She came on a day where our kids daycare was closed and we were all home. She humored my toddler who needed to tell her all about trains and see his monster truck. She then left him a note on his easel telling him how nice it was to…
I don't have any major complaints, except the cleaning person did not do a great job of dusting in the front room and it was visibly noticeable. Additionally, the prices have sky rocketed. For what was once 100 clean 2 years ago with two cleaners is now $140.00 for one and this is a general clean. They also now…
The professionals who clean my home do a high quality job each and every time. They're respectful and always on time. And the office staff is very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend Better Life Maids!
Great job on my first service deep clean. All the little details I didn’t think of were taken care of.
Savannah did a wonderful job!!! I was so impressed, she was so lovely to have in the house, she was prepared (even though I wasn’t!) and took great care of my house! It looks great!
Koju and Jolea were amazing. It felt so good to walk into an excellently cleaned home after a long day. So grateful for their hard-work and the consistent quality from Better Life. Please issue them $30 each in tip.
Great cleaning, everything we hoped for and that was promised!
Johanaliz cleaned our house and she was fantastic! She was very nice and did an amazing job getting our house back in shape. We appreciate all of her hard work! In fact, when we have another cleaning done, we will definitely ask for Johanaliz. Overall, we had excellent experience with Better Life Maids.
Christina did a fantastic job! Great attention to detail and I so appreciate that wearing a mask was a given and not something I had to ask for. Very much appreciated!
Hannah did a great job! I love that the company uses pet-friendly products (and people!) so I don't have to worry about harsh chemicals messing with my cats. I look forward to continuing to have monthly cleans so I can focus on finishing my PhD instead of worrying about everything that needs to be cleaned in my apartment!
We have a lot of extra traffic in the house because of C-19. Kids at home more and lots of dining in. The Better Life team came in and made the house sparkle!!
Better Life Maids teams are always on time, friendly and they do a great job. 9/24/21 We were very pleased with our team cleaners today. They did an excellent job - they made our house sparkle! Thank you Amanda and Marissa!
The absolute best cleaning service I've ever utilized. Professional, thorough, and very nice people. Can't recommend them highly enough
Shawna does excellent work. She’s very thorough.
Happy with our initial clean. Process seemed easy and efficient throughout.
Amanda and Christy did a fantastic job!! Amanda has been here before and both times, her work is impeccable and she is a joy to have around.
When Lacy comes for our Boost cleaning, she doesn't miss a thing. And she's so extremely pleasant. We hate to see her leave and can't wait until next time. THANKS LACY!!!
Loved coming home to a clean house
Taylor was exceptional! She was extremely thorough and even left special touches such as folding over the toilet paper rolls. Everything was meticulously done. And she was fast! I would love to have her every single time! Phenomenal. I've had a few different ladies come out now and they have all done excellent…
This service has been quite helpful and welcomed as we’ve spent the last several months working more and eating more at home, while also living more at home with Covid and all that’s stemmed from it. The team is always very courteous, helpful, and does a good job. Appointments are clear, can be set up to repeat at…
Amanda and her crew are amazing!!
I’ve used Better Life off and on for a couple years. When my apartment has been in really bad shape they’ve been a huge help, and their cleaners and customer service team are always friendly and responsive. I like that I can schedule online, get automatic notifications by text when my cleaners are coming, and have…
First time to use; great job and awesome communications! Booking again tomorrow....
Always a great experience. Professional and great service and reasonable prices.
Each service from Better Life Maids has been wonderful so far. They are professional, thorough, and work quickly. Booking is really easy to do online too. Thank you!
It was a job well done. Because of our advancing age and physical issues, having our house cleaned is not a luxury; it is a necessity. I am so appreciative of the people you employ and the great job that they do. Thank you for providing this much needed service. Please let Shawna know that the great job she did…
Great service and very thorough. I recommend them highly.
Better Life Maids is great. They are great about being flexible if we need to adjust our schedule and the cleaners always do a nice job and they are great about communicating when they are on the way and when they are done.
I had such a great experience with the deep clean that I booked recurring services. The staff was incredibly friendly and did a great job cleaning my home from top to bottom. They are also dog friendly, and I really appreciate that the company itself is rated highly by its cleaning staff. Update: My latest cleaning…
Better life maids has always done a great job cleaning my place. They are always very kind and accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is clean to your liking. I will always highly recommend this company to my friends. Keep up the great work!
Have had different teams or individuals come clean. The house always feels nice when they are done. Tija has been one that has been to our house a handful of times. My husband always seems to make a comment about how wonderful his bathroom looks every time Tija has cleaned it without knowing who was in that day. I…
Excellent Work! Our house was sparkling ✨
We always have excellent service with Better Life Maids!
This is an excellent service. Melody is the best!
This company is highly professional. I love that they use green cleaning products. Their attention to detail and skill amazes me. I get cleans every other Thursday. Those are the best days of the month.
I've been hiring Better Life Maids for the past several months to do regular cleanings of my house. They always do a great job. Genevieve came this past month and made my house look sparkly clean! They follow social distancing and other guidelines, and I'm very happy with them.
Tija is great. Prompt, friendly & works hard. She is always willing you tackle any new task I throw her way. She’s great & we enjoy having her clean our home bi-weekly.
Kristin is the absolute best! She does an excellent job and does it very efficiently. She is very pleasant and polite and is a pleasure to have in my home. I hope to have her for a very long time!
Have used Better Life Maid for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and professional. Cleanings are thorough and any small issues I’ve had were responded to right away and followed up after next cleaning to ensure satisfaction. In the current environment they have put in measures to ensure safety of staff and…
