made an appointment with him he cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment. i was understanding about it. stuff happens but i tried to reschedule and work something out with him, but my business did not seem important to him, he wouldn’t respond for days and didn’t seem to want my buisness so took it else where.
Dan went over my options and explained the process. He did a fantastic job and very satisfied. Thank you Dan.

Window was scratched from the outside with deep gouges before the client brought his vehicle. The film is cut on the machine plotter and installed from the inside. The scratches were noticed before work began and are clearly not new damage to the glass, as the film is not installed from the inside. We usually photograph visible damage on a vehicle before starting work but we did not find this necessary as we have worked with this customer before with no issues This damage shown here the customer clearly opened the window after instructed not to and 2 stickers are left on either door to prevent the customer from doing what this one just did Not to mention, the customer brought me a vehicle that had been previously tinted by someone else and I had to clean the adhesive that was left behind when the film was improperly removed by someone else.

Excellent quality and professionalism
Made an apt over a week ago, for today 6/4 at 3:30 Dan told me to be there for 3. This is for a replacement of the rear and front passenger window. As they offer a lifetime guarantee. I went there a little over a few years ago for my original tint 5%. I explained this over the phone, that i also had 5% and a waiver. I was assured it would be no problem. Dan, text me at 2:32 to inform me he doesnt have the tint. That he ran out. Meanwhile im driving to the shop,therefore im not able to read or respond to text. Apparently 3 other customers used it up today prior to my apt. My time is valuable and I alotted this time,for a promised service on a lifetime warranty, as a repeating customer, who has referred this shop to others. I have since made another apt. For Tuesday 6/9 @ 9 am. I will update this review,when the lifetime warranty is completed. UPDATE *** 6/9 at 9 am Dan was on time,took my car in. I have to come back on 5/17 at 9 am when he will have experienced help.The 2 Windows, Rear and front passenger are not complete.

Very disappointing service. The screen protector started showing many small gaps and bubbles after just three months, which should not happen if it was applied correctly. When I went back to ask about it, the staff showed no professionalism and had a very poor attitude. Unfortunately, this experience makes it hard to trust their workmanship. I would not return.
