Called at 5pm on Mon and had technician at the house 9am Tues morning. Great communication and Nick, the technician, was super professional and offered a quick solution after trouble shooting. We had S&D come out to repair an exterior faucet that was leaking as a result of the big freeze in Texas. They also capped the gas line to our fireplace. Our technician arrived on time and had everything taken care of and done within an hour. He also performed a 5 point home inspection that we get with our VIP…
My plumbers were Jason and Lorenzo and they were both very professional, courteous, and informative, and completed the job quickly! and they even left our bathroom cleaner than they found it!
We had pipes burst due to the freeze and S&D plumbing was not only quick to respond but did a phenomenal job. S&D was referred to us by our neighbors and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
