They came and failed to unclog my toilet and charged me $275 for not fixing the issue… very horrible experience. It cost me $275 for them to just show up and leave without fixing the issue

Paid over $2,200 for them to install a new Rheem water heater. It started leaking and no longer produces hot water. They want $1,500 to come out and replace it, under warranty! They recently changed their name from S&D plumbing.

Brent, we understand your frustration. You invested nearly $2,500 in a new Rheem water heater with us in 2022, and having the tank fail just a few years later is incredibly disappointing. The six-year warranty on the water heater is provided by Rheem and covers the replacement tank, while the amount we quoted was for the labor and associated work to complete the warranty replacement. We recognize that distinction doesn’t make facing another significant expense this soon any less frustrating, and we understand why you’re disappointed with the situation.
