Big Birge Plumbing

They arrived within a couple hours of my call and repaired the sink drain and snaked the lines to remove a clog. Great service.

We’ve used Big Birge plumbing for jobs both big and small, and it’s been great every time. All their technicians have been knowledgeable and friendly, and we’ll continue to use them in the future.

Andrew was great to work with. On time, and laid out the costs upfront and was super professional. Also got to see David Johansen, who had serviced our home previously. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with Cameron, a plumber with Big Birge Plumbing. He cabled my line all the way to the street. I could see the picture on the screen of the pipes. Cameron explained everything very well. I have found a new plumber!

Our master toilet was not flushing properly so we had Joe with Big Birge Plumbing out to help us. Joe had the line opened in no time! From start to finish... I was impressed! He was on time, respectful of my home, wore shoe coverings, communicated well and got the job done efficiently. I really appreciate this team!… Read full review

I had an RO and Water Softener installed and I couldn't recommend Big Birge enough for all your needs. I've spoken with the owner and the service manager to get questions answered that I had before my install. I felt like I was being a pain in their butt asking all these questions but they were super friendly about… Read full review

Wonderful! Showed up earlier than the appointment time window, the tech was very polite, kind, knowledgeable, and transparent. With everything being done. I would absolutely use these guys again and recommend to anyone in need of anything Plumbing service related.

So easy to work with, came out as soon as they could and addressed our problem. Very thorough and explained everything with our new washer line. So polite and great!

Great service. Very professional.

Second time I’ve used them and they are awesome. Made sure all my plumbing issues were resolved before leaving and cleaned up after themselves.

Terrific experience today with Big Birge Plumbing. The technician cleared out my clogged kitchen pipes, but what made the experience stand out was that he did so with clear explanations and a willingness to answer questions. He also told me what everything would cost upfront before beginning work. I love that. Thanks for the excellent service!

I had a great experience with Big Birge Plumbing today. The service man was timely, polite, neat, and provided excellent repair work.

Ben was amazing! communicative, helpful, and thorough.

Follow up on this review -- The issue was resolved. The company was very kind to issue a refund for the amount we were charged in excess of what we were quoted over the phone. For their attention to customer satisfaction and for their follow-through I would definitely use this company again. This review is not for… Read full review

The technician did a great job! He quickly identified and fixed the problem with our garbage disposal.

The Plumber James, was professional, courteous, and also efficient. He promptly identified the problem as being with the toilet tank.… Read full review

Carson and Cameron were both very professional and easy going. There wasn’t a lot of space to dig the trench we needed and when there was issues, Brad was contacted and he came to finish off the rest, due to the area being a tricky one. Not only did they get the job done, they did it with a few hurdles being thrown… Read full review

Our first experience with Big Birge was fantastic. From the moment we realized we had a plumbing leak, we had excellent communication with office personnel (Tonya) and were immediately informed of how we were going to fix the problem when our plumber Dennis arrived. We were worried that we wouldn't get a plumber to… Read full review

I needed to have the water lines and drain moved in a bathroom to accommodate a new vanity. I really appreciate the speed with which the entire project was done - from getting a bid, to scheduling the job, to having the work complete. Couldn't have met nicer guys to work with!

"James was great. Looked at all possibilities of the leak and provided his recommended solutions. Hope this takes care of it."
