Plumber was professional. Did excellent work. Installed 2 faucets. Took 1 hour.
They arrived within a couple hours of my call and repaired the sink drain and snaked the lines to remove a clog. Great service.
Big Birge Plumbing sent Cameron out the same day I called. He did an excellent job for us. Fully explained what he did to fix dripping issues at 2 sinks. Even cleaned up the messes the dipping had caused under both sinks. Greatly appreciated.
Had Andrew install a new sink and faucet. Very professional and couldn’t be happier with the service and price!
Big Birge screwed us soooo bad. We were doing a small kitchen reno and it was going to be a few weeks for our new sink to come in. We called Big Birge to hook up the already purchased faucet to a temporary sink we had so we could still have a sink in our kitchen during the reno. It was an incredibly small job.…
Cameron did a great job and your service was amazing. Will definitely us you folks again.

Julie, we are glad to hear your happy with the water softener and overall service. Its our goal to give a great experience. Thank you for reviewing us.
We trust Big Birge. Not only are they helpful on the phone or even internet posts, giving tips/advice on how to prevent having to call them to your house, when they do come, they’re very respectful and helpful in diagnosing, explaining, and fixing the problem. They’ve unclogged drains then recommended how best to care for them so they don’t require a future call, hopefully, for that issue. Very honest. We also replaced our water heater which was a tough pill to swallow and I trusted they weren’t selling us one just to make more money rather, that we did actually need a new one since we had built up trust over the years. Their pricing is fair and comparable when I’ve looked at others around town. They also give back to the community and are philanthropic owners which is another plus.
