JTM came out to our property on a Saturday to provide a second opinion on a very costly sewer line repair. Jon and his team were extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. They were able to identify that the issue was likely a result of a city fix not being done properly. JTM worked with the city, including advocating on our behalf to ensure the city (and their 3rd party contractor) properly fixed the issue. They went even further to provide us with camera footage so that we can file a claim with the city for expenses incurred prior to diagnosing the problem.
