Highly recommended! Communication prompt and clear, service excellent, professional and thorough workers

The work team [Mark & company] were all: professional, coordinated, accommodating, and above all safe. The job involved cutting down two large and one small Washington palm trees, two large Sago palms, grinding the associated stumps, then trimming numerous trees away from the house. All work was completed in… Read full review

Big Branch has done work for me at least three times. The work is always great. They work so well as a team, get everything done quickly and the clean is spectacular! Oh, and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this team!

Excellent service and, just as importantly, conscientious care for our property. Highly recommend.

I love Big Branch Tree Service. Carlee and Doug have great customer service. The jobs I have had done are so quick and the prices are outstanding! I have been watching the city trim trees around power lines for a week, 2 trimming trucks and a pickup truck. They have yet to pick up any of the debris. Big Branch… Read full review

Big Branch always does a great job for a fair price, efficient and courteous.

This is the second time I have used Big Branch. Both experiences were great. The crew was efficient and easy to get along with, answered questions, etc . I appreciated Doug's itemized list of things to be done. And Mark was is great leader and worker. Next time I need tree service, BB will be my first--and only--call!

I needed 2 dead pine trees cut down and 2 queen palms trimmed. The crew had all the big equipment to get the job done in less than an hour. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They efficiently loaded up all the cuttings to haul away and cleaned up, blowing debris off the roof and raking the grass. You… Read full review

Had these folks out to take care of a large dead maple. They also took care of a couple small stumps and a small tree that has died next to the maple free of charge! Just a really nice thing to do without me having to ask. In and out like they were never here and cleaned up everything great.

These guys are really professional, fast and reasonably priced. I have used them in the past and when I need tree work done they are the only one I call.

Good job but the supports pads for the bucket lift was did not have any boards placed underneath them to protect the grass as were laid down on the grass on the other side of the tree.

Overall very satisfied with the service provided. Had 12 trees removed two stumps ground and a few trees trimmed. Big Branch was very considerate with our property. They confirmed where our septic tank was located, took care to use pads to protect the grass, and was careful not to disturb our neighbors cherished… Read full review

Reasonably priced, professionally done. Would use this service again.

Price comparable to all of the other tree services. Very fast and clean. Removed a large tree and all debris for us in less than an hour. Friendly folks ... even tossed some of the green leaves to our goats. Very happy customer and would gladly use again if needed. Thanks fellas!

I don’t do many reviews but I had to for Big Branch Tree Service. My elderly mom was needing six dead trees cut down (4 of which were large). On top of that all six trees were near her sheds and power lines. I had never used Big Branch Tree before but they had the best quote, they showed up within a week after I… Read full review
