They did a brake job and oil change no changes to the price that was quoted. They did it quickly very satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive as soon as you walk through the doors.
I needed air in my tires and David helped me out. May have been a small thing for David but it really helped me out. I also bought tires from here a few years ago and was beyond pleased with the cost and the service.
Everything was great as always 😊
Came in to have a nail in my tire removed. Sure enough it needed a patch and was repaired at no cost while I waited. Thanks so much!
Always polite! Took my car twice for low tire pressure and then nail removal and patch. Free of charge!
It was very easy to make a same day appointment. I came right in! Representative made the process easy and did not try to sell me new tires when a simple repair was all that was needed. I'll buy my next tires there. Repair was free!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience with Big Brand Tire in Ventura! We were in Ventura for the Cowgirl Coastal Festival, and when we were leaving the event, we discovered we had a flat tire. AAA came out and initially towed us to Firestone, but unfortunately, they turned us away. Thankfully, our AAA driver,…
Easy service on Sunday!
They were so nice and fixed my tire for free.
I had a screw in my tire and it was removed completely free of charge. Diego and Kyle took care of me and I received the top tier customer service 👍
If you’re coming to this shop, ask for **Steve** — he’s hands down the best. He always goes above and beyond to get your car back on the road. I’ve been bringing both my company and personal vehicles here for the past two years, and not once have I been let down. Every time, the team finds a way to fix the issue…

Big Brand has been my go to tire shop for over 30 years. They do a great job!
Super friendly staff. I made an appointment online the day before, pulled up 15 minutes early like it advised on the website and they took my car in right away and got to work. I was there about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.
Professional, friendly staff. Timely service. Reasonable price.
Great customer service. Good price and quick service.
Knowledgeable and skilled technicians. My car was done when promised. Thanks, Sean!
Took my mother's Jaguar in because it had a slow leak in the passenger side front tire. She only drives it to church on Sunday less than 10 miles a week. I half expected them to say that I Would need a new tire (PEP BOYS has done that to me before, Easy to patch nail in the tire, told me policy was to sell a new…

I got another flat tire. I always know the big brand tires. Is there to get me a new tire installed ASAP.
We were very satisfied with the quote we were given. It was very reasonable for the amount of work needed. In addition, it was done very promptly. I was concerned that it wouldn’t get done in one day and they did it in half a day. They were very accommodating! Very appreciative!
Fantastic service and fast! Everyone that works there is incredibly helpful and kind.
I had a fantastic experience at Big Brand Tires, and I can’t say enough good things about Steve. From start to finish, Steve was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely customer-focused—he took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. It’s rare to find an auto shop where you feel truly listened to and respected, and this place delivers.
Great service, great customer support . Fast and affordable!!
They said they fix my tire but not fix
If this were the last mechanic shop on earth I still wouldn’t go. I brought my vehicle in because it was shaking at all speeds, check engine light was flashing and there was an issue accelerating. After having my vehicle there over a week it still does not go over 40 mph and still shakes. I paid $2700. They even…
Everyone here is very helpful. Great customer service and took care of my car.
Ventura Big Brand always greets you with a smile and professional. Stephen helped me and is always very helpful and fast. This is why my family always goes back.
Quoted me 1/3 the price of the dealership and did a great job.
Everyone was outstanding. They were courteous, friendly, fast, and helpful. They kept me informed about the work being done, gave me a great price, and the work was done quickly. I've been going to this Big Brand Tire location for years and have always been happy with their great service. Thanks!
We had an undercarriage cover that came loose — having been fixed a month before—on a road trip. It was scraping the freeway, very noisy and very upsetting. We pulled into Big Brand and Sean helped us right away. We were able to finish our trip, no problem. He didn’t even want to charge us and more importantly, he…
Excellent service, per usual. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire to keep us safe on the road.
Thorough and quick easy service. Highly recommend.
They diagnosed and fixed a super slow leak in one of my tires, and didn't even charge me! Will definitely make them my first stop next time I need to buy or service new wheels. Thanks, guys.
Great technicians with skill and super fast service!!! They are honest and recommend the best course of action versus just trying to sell you something.
Came in for a flat repair without appointment and they took me in and they repaired it for free.
