Big Brand Tire & Service

Very good and exceptional service! Recommend

Amazing service! Very friendly and took care of all my car needs! Thank you all for being so great!

Waiting times long but the service was great.

Great experience! Honest people and always available! They are awesome every time!

Excellent

I came here twice already and both times they were kind and helpful. Car was ready at the time they estimated. Will definitely come back for more work.

Great customer service, thank you

Friendly even though they overwhelmed with customers. Salesman and staff kept things moving not over promising what they were capable of. Thank you!

Oil change was quick!! Jonathan takes care of us always!!

This is my "go to" auto shop. Have 2 older vehicles, and I always take them to Big Brand in Oxnard. I've recommended them many times.

I had an 8:30 am apt but it took over an hour to get to my car. Everything else was fine. They have a lot of free services so I used them to do my car's maintenance. I also did a brake fluid exchange and it was 1/3 the dealer cost. Ended up doing the oil change at my hous and cost about 1/4 of what they were charging using full synthetic.

I came in at 3:45pm on a Sunday with a screw in my tire. Harrison and Sebastian were so helpful. They fit me in and fixed my tire even though they closed at 4! Very nice and professional. And they didn’t even charge me.

I have been going to Big Brand Tires since 2019. They been great in helping me out. Today, I came in for an oil change and tires and I got a great deal on them. I would recommend them, they have weekend hours and you can make an appointment. This helps out especially if you don’t have time off during the week from work.

Needed a tire and alignment for my car. I saw Big Brand offers both services (and more!) so off I went. They were super nice and ordered the tire to arrive the next day since it wasn't in stock. Matched the instant rebate from their website for the tire and coupon for the alignment. I was in & out within an hour. Very happy with their service!!!

Service was great. Manager was awesome. I could tell that they were customer focused. Fast, quality service.

They made my day. I had an appointment for my SUV. The service took longer than expected and when I returned expecting it to be completed, it was not. I didnt really make a huge deal of it but they took care of me. I've always taken my cars here for tires, service and alignment for all of my vehicles. And it's for a… Read full review

Despite only getting a free flat repair on a tire not purchased from Big Brand, I was treated as a valued customer and made to feel welcome. Very respectful, very personable, very professional.

Great service !! Monique was very pleasant and helpful !

I been coming here for years they are super friendly they let me know what’s going on with my car I always come back to them

Great service. Came in close to closing and they still repaired by tire free of charge and got me out of there fairly quick!
