This is my "go to" auto shop. Have 2 older vehicles, and I always take them to Big Brand in Oxnard. I've recommended them many times.

I had an 8:30 am apt but it took over an hour to get to my car. Everything else was fine. They have a lot of free services so I used them to do my car's maintenance. I also did a brake fluid exchange and it was 1/3 the dealer cost. Ended up doing the oil change at my hous and cost about 1/4 of what they were charging using full synthetic.

I came in at 3:45pm on a Sunday with a screw in my tire. Harrison and Sebastian were so helpful. They fit me in and fixed my tire even though they closed at 4! Very nice and professional. And they didn’t even charge me.

I have been going to Big Brand Tires since 2019. They been great in helping me out. Today, I came in for an oil change and tires and I got a great deal on them. I would recommend them, they have weekend hours and you can make an appointment. This helps out especially if you don’t have time off during the week from work.

Needed a tire and alignment for my car. I saw Big Brand offers both services (and more!) so off I went. They were super nice and ordered the tire to arrive the next day since it wasn't in stock. Matched the instant rebate from their website for the tire and coupon for the alignment. I was in & out within an hour. Very happy with their service!!!
