If I could give Superior Heating, Cooling and Electrical a 10 star rating I would! Tom came out because I my furnace was making a VERY annoying sound. He came, and to make an interesting story short, found that I had a faulty air cleaner and it wasn’t my furnace at all! When I had issues with a new unit, Superior was on the problem immediately and also went to bat for me with the manufacturer. These days you rarely see this level of customer service anymore, nice to know it still exists.
