Brandon/Big Horn di exceptional work. They brought back my air conditioning where the other contractors just wanted to sell me a new system. I signed up for the premium maintenance plate which saved me on this visit and in the future. Truly professional honest and friendly
Brandon came by to help us with our AC unit and was beyond friendly and helpful! He graciously explained to us how the unit was looking and how the company could further support our systems.
If I could give Superior Heating, Cooling and Electrical a 10 star rating I would! Tom came out because I my furnace was making a VERY annoying sound. He came, and to make an interesting story short, found that I had a faulty air cleaner and it wasn’t my furnace at all! Cannot thank them enough for their AMAZING customer service!👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great experience, the technician that came out looked over and cleaned our system. He let us know our refrigerant was slightly low but that they charged for refrigerant by the lb, bonus points for not taking an unnecessary upsell. very pleased with the service, will use again in the future!
