Great experience, the technician that came out looked over and cleaned our system. He let us know our refrigerant was slightly low but that they charged for refrigerant by the lb, bonus points for not taking an unnecessary upsell. very pleased with the service, will use again in the future!

Fast, professional, and friendly. Phenomenal service and quality. It's getting very hot out and most of the places I called could not get to me for more than a week. Superior was able to come out the next day and fixed it in 30 minutes.

When I had issues with a new unit, Superior was on the problem immediately and also went to bat for me with the manufacturer. These days you rarely see this level of customer service anymore, nice to know it still exists.
