I have been using Superior Heating, Cooling & Electric for the past four years and they are FABULOUS! Tom Search and his crew are all so knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I won't use anyone else!
Called Tom in the morning with a furnace issue and he made it out before the end of the day. Called on his way to let me know how long until he arrived.
I was happy to have my furnace repaired the day I called! The repairman was efficient and professional.
He was kind and professional I will definitely call him again if I need repairs on my system
Tom is awesome. Only person I call for my HVAC repairs. He repaired my central air last summer when it went out and replaced my furnace this winter when it went out. High quality of work and as professional as they come. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC services.
Wow, talk about prompt and punctual service. He was quick, friendly, and efficient. I even spent less than I'd expected. I am SO GLAD I went with Superior.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Repaired my heating system within minutes. I would highly recommend people to this company. I will be calling in the future for any upcoming needs.
Tom is amazing, he came on Christmas Eve and helped me with my heater, and then it crashed again on New Years. Tom came and helped get everything going. Thorough and amazing service all around
Tom was very professional and kept me informed of the status of heater part. Will use him on our annual HVAC service.
When I had issues with a new unit, Superior was on the problem immediately and also went to bat for me with the manufacturer. These days you rarely see this level of customer service anymore, nice to know it still exists.
Amazing service. I called Superior Heating at 8:30 am and Tom was at my house by 10:00 am. He had my furnace working again in minutes. Very professional business. I highly recommend this company. Nancy Warren
Tom was very professional and was able to stop by the same day during this -25 cold snap and figure out my heating issue. Very pleased!
Excellent service. Very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
Tom was excellent. Highly recommend!
Tom provided exceptional service. We originally called Tom to ask for a quote on a new heater. He was able to come to our house the same day we called. Tom asked us a few questions, looked at our system and duct work and then told us he would be happy to provide a quote for a new heater but he had time to inspect…
The blower went out on my furnace on Friday night... go-figure. I lost loyalty with my previous mechanical shop and was in the market for a new company. I was surprised to find Superior Heating had a five star rating, which I don't believe I've seen before with any other company in any business and with over 100…
My furnace stopped working and I called this number. He came within 10 minutes to fix my problem and save me so much headache and frozen toes. I would highly recommend this company.
Board went out on my heater. Called them up and set an appointment for the next day. Great service!
Tom was prompt and professional. Here repaired my ac on a Saturday. Then several days later I had a wiring issue in the garage and he fixed that also. Pricing was excellent. Would use again.
