Big-O-Tires in Avondale off Dysart. The counter service men were very courteous and professional. Had the full synthetic oil change, lube chassis, replacement filter, tire rotation and vehicle point inspection for $49.95 but my 4Runner needed 2 extra quarts, so the price when up to $78.56. I had a feeling there was…
Very professional! The staff was exceptional! I will be going back!
Good job
Perfect!
Fast and compleat service
I wish I had the names of everyone who helped me, but these guys were incredible. I originally chose them because we had a flyer come in the mail. Glad we went! Speedy service, even with bad news about my car. They were kind to us, patient with my kiddo, professional and got my car back on the road safely! 10/10
Friendly workers who kept me well informed about my service and it was done in a timely manner. Not much more I could ask for and will definitely come again.
Very friendly and honest mechanical repair facility. Truck was done quickly and price was as quoted. Great communications. We wanted an oil change, got one at an awesome price with no upsell. Bonus tire rotation too! Certainly will go there again
Amazing Customer Service!! When I walked in they greeted me and said they would be right with me and they were! I was told it’s a new location so the lobby was very open and empty with a seating area in the back, but looks professional and neat! I was expecting seating but didn’t realize they had a back room with…

Quick and easy oil change service. I was also informed of other potential issues that need to be fixed as well. I would highly recommend.
Great service, happy with experience and will come again for future needs. Thank you Nacho and team!
Great service!
Friendly & faster than I expected. Used the $49.95 coupon special & didn't know they replaced the Pep Boys on Dysart. Will use them in the future from now on.
Very friendly service from the gentleman who checked me in. Not so friendly from the young man who came to chat with me about recommended services. He was quite passive aggressive with me when I explained that I wouldn’t be adding any of the recommended services today due to time constraints, responding snidely,…
It was my very first time at this location, and I had a very pleasant experience. The entire team greeted me with friendly tidings, and they were able to fulfill all of my automotive needs. I came in for an oil change, and the team was very informative (didn't try to pressure me into upsell), and made sure that I…
Nacho got me in for a much needed oil change on my truck and got it done same day. Took great care of me and my truck. Thanks Nacho!!!
After a bad experience elsewhere, Nacho was quick to make it right. Not only did we receive exceptional customer service but we also got a great deal!
Nacho and the team took care of my oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly staff and they had WiFi so I was able to work while i waited. Glad I came to this location.
Friendly staff, good service but I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. That was too long when all around me was oil change places in 10-20 minutes
