Great service, Mr. AJ the mngr. explained to me very well about what's needed to do to my car, recently I went to the other tire shop but they didn't tell me about the problem of my car.... I am very satisfied with their service.
My wife took her car here. When she brought it back home the back passenger tire was low and the indicator was on. They put on the work order that they rotated, checked and set the tires. They did not. The front and back tire pressure would have been set to 33psi as indicated on the actual tire and inside the door.…

I came as a walk in and they accepted a photo of my mailed in coupons which I didn’t have with me at the time. Process was smooth and easy. Britney took care of me and service took less than an hour, which is great.

My wife took her car here. When she brought it back home the back passenger tire was low and the indicator was on. They put on the work order that they rotated, checked and set the tires. They did not. The front and back tire pressure would have been set to 33psi as indicated on the actual tire and inside the door. All the tires were left not set to pressure. They should know not having proper tire pressure in one tire wears the tire down faster. Good way for them to get people to return for business. I took my wife's car to big O tires in laveen where they actually do the job correctly.

Brittany is the one!!! Been needing my sway bars changed forever and everyone was charging wild prices. Called Big O Tires at 8 am today, Brittany got me in at 9am and back on the road at 10 am!
