Great service, Mr. AJ the mngr. explained to me very well about what's needed to do to my car, recently I went to the other tire shop but they didn't tell me about the problem of my car.... I am very satisfied with their service.
My wife took her car here. When she brought it back home the back passenger tire was low and the indicator was on. They put on the work order that they rotated, checked and set the tires. They did not. The front and back tire pressure would have been set to 33psi as indicated on the actual tire and inside the door.…
Everything went smoothly and was completed timely !
I was in need of a tire asap, the customer service was great. Then next morning I took my wife’s car for a tire inspection and they repaired 2 of her tires at no cost in a timely manner.
Great service from the staff, they got me in and out just as promised. I went in for a rim swap and was thinking I had to schedule an appointment but the staff was able to squeeze me in. They did and excellent job on the installation and put my old rim carefully back in my trunk. Thank you
AJ at Big O Tires really helped me out and went above and beyond! He explained everything thoroughly when I had questions, replaced my tires, packed up my spare, and even offer a discount for services I was unfortunately not able to afford at the moment, but it was still a kind gesture! He even cut off the stupid…
Entire staff was cordial and professional. Communication was top notch.
Awesome job, great price, quick service, full transparency. Andrew was very professional and helpful. Will go back again
Great experience with Jakob! Within the last 30 minutes of closing they were able to replace all four of my tires after I blew one!
Exceptional service from Jakob and his team. They really helped me out last minute when I needed it! Definitely coming back here again and again.
Great service and fast delivery
I was shopping around for quotes for a specific service I needed on my vehicle and I was not finding others to be much of help until I got Jason on the phone at Big o on Dysart and he change everything. He was so caring and helpful and informative and knowledgeable and kind the biggest was kind. He helped my family…
Great service I was in a pickle got a flat off of dysart went in for tire check - tech was responsive knowledgeable I ended needing new tires - Jacob inside extremely great customer service Thank you
The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly
Everything was great! Quick service, professional. Several hundred dollars lower than those "discount tires " places.
AJ WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE MY JOB WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY INCORRECTLY, VERY PROFESSIONAL
Shout out to AJ for getting my expedition taken care of. He worked me a great deal on a set of tires and while he was at it he found my brakes were pretty worn which I was aware of and planned on taking care of myself but I let them handle it for me. The pricing wasn't bad and they got it done fairly quickly. Shout out to The Big O Team
You guys did a wonderful job on our 2021 Toyota Corolla we very much appreciate the work done on our car, Thank you!
Jacob and The team were Rockstars! The service was amazing. I shall highly recommend Big O Tires to all my friends.
Efficient. Friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable.

They did a great job no issues
Great service from Dante. He was very helpful.
I can't say enough about the incredible service I received at this Big O. As life often goes "when it rains its pours" and unfortunately when life decided to bless with me with a flat tire and the need for all new tires I was simultaneously experiencing tragic loss, a house full of guests, a funeral, one of the most…
Very timely and helpful service. They didn’t try and rip me off, I was provided with quality advice. And their prices were very fair
I wish I had the names of everyone who helped me, but these guys were incredible. I originally chose them because we had a flyer come in the mail. Glad we went! Speedy service, even with bad news about my car. They were kind to us, patient with my kiddo, professional and got my car back on the road safely! 10/10
Great location. Extremely nice manager named Paul.
I had an appointment at 10:15 to get 4 new tires. Did not get out till 1:45. When I went to the counter I was told by Jason that it takes 2 hours to do the tires on a Toyota Camry. I have a Big O card because I have never had issue with them before but today was ridiculous. Then I get home to discover they didn't put the covers back on my wheels.
Called and asked about tires, had Joel help me the entire time and he was amazing keeping my service fast and simple!
Great service for a last minute emergency
Paul was very professional and provided me with the best competitive price for my tires!
Very kind
See update to original post at the button (was 4 star now a 3 star) Original post: Everything went well with two minor items that could use a little improvement in order to receive a 5 star. 1. I called to check availability and pricing first thing in the morning and waited until afternoon for a call back before…
Excellent service. Great price trustworthy.
Friendly crew and a nice big facility.
Very friendly and knowledgeable
Service was great, had planned on going to different mechanic but was long wait and lack of patience for the lady who needed new tires for months and kept putting it off. Grateful for the help in keeping costs down and providing some knowledge.
I had a great experience at this new Big O Tires location. I came in on Friday because my car was showing a low tire pressure warning, but I explained that my car’s computer system was messed up and I couldn’t tell which tire was losing or gaining air. Even though I didn’t catch their names, two employee immediately…
Great service and people.
Had to get a tire puncture fixed. Was one of thier brand of tires, so free repair. They may ask for your warranty if you did not buy locally. Took about 2 hours, they were busy. Staff were friendly and kept the nail like I asked. Good access to site, I would go here again.
There some was some phone number miscommunication on google maps when I made an appointment with the wrong location. But they were able to fit me in and got my dad’s car done in a few hours and gave me the same quote I got from the other store. Will see these guy again when we are in need of tires!!! Thank you!!!
Great Service from Noel . Very Friendly and professional. The install was quick.
It was my very first time at this location, and I had a very pleasant experience. The entire team greeted me with friendly tidings, and they were able to fulfill all of my automotive needs. I came in for an oil change, and the team was very informative (didn't try to pressure me into upsell), and made sure that I…
First time customer at Big O Tires. I was very pleased with the service I received. Joel my service advisor was great! Will be using them for any upcoming repairs or tires.
After a bad experience elsewhere, Nacho was quick to make it right. Not only did we receive exceptional customer service but we also got a great deal!
